This company is terrible!
My experience at this casino has been bad. I have sent in all documents for KYC and even though the original ID, address etc had been provided, they find some silly excuse to keep asking to do the verification again after 5 days.
If you value your time and money, kindly stay away from this casino. I am not worried about not receiving my funds but the time wasting and bad service received from this company is shocking.
And live support is absolutely terrible. Honestly people just stay away from this casino!

I won $211.47 and they refused to pay me using my residency as an excuse, despite the fact that they had already verified my account with my Italian ID. Even worse, I contacted Antillephone N.V. (the license provider they claim to have) and they officially confirmed that Ozwin has NO relationship with them. They are operating with a FAKE LICENSE. I have all the email evidence. Don’t bother with this casino, they don’t like it when you win.
I joined Ozwin many months ago and was impressed by their missions and bonuses. I regularly made deposits and usually with each deposit I would claim a bonus that they offered me - either via email, through their site or by redeeming points that I had earned by playing their slots. they get 1 star for their missions but the rest is very disappointing. Tonight they send me an email with a year wrap up, telling me what a great client I am and what slots I’d played most etc. They also gave me a few lucrative bonuses based on my playing history, yet when I tried to claim one I found the system wouldn’t allow me to redeem any with my deposits! When I questioned live chat, they stated that my account had been reviewed, that bonuses were offered but not to be expected, and I could not currently redeem any bonuses. I immediately closed my account, as their objective clearly lays with only making money and not the happiness of their clients. I have made a couple of withdrawals, but I’m not a huge spender and I’m not rich. It seems that as soon as they were out of pocket, they decided to restrict my account. Well, I’ll happily give my money to someone else thanks. And as for their live chat staff, don’t expect any niceties. I’m a happy and friendly person, I don’t ask for much but fairness and politeness. Unfortunately Ozwin aren’t good at providing either. They didn’t even try to get me to stay, they just happily closed my account. Do yourself a favour and invest somewhere else, they don’t deserve your hard earned money. And their range of slots is pretty boring.
