Ozzark 

Ordered a lamp. It arrived from China. Immediately, everything about it was off.
Customer service was extremely disjointed and refused to provide straightforward answers.
Took over 3 months of back and forth and eventually our credit card company resolved the situation.

This is a scam, don’t order.
I ordered a lamp on Ozzark 5 months ago.
I only received the lampshade and the customer service has then been sending me confusing information, fake tracking numbers and no real update.
They basically stole my money.

Perfect experience. I will buy again.

Scam, order never arrived and they dont answer the emails

This brand is a scam. They dropship from aliexpress. Orders ship from China. The same thing costs less than USD 10 on Taobao and they ship overseas. Just use image search function and do a simple search and see for yourself.

Tips on if you are not getting your orders from them and not getting any support: call in to your banks and raise a dispute against this transaction/order/merchant. Let’s help shut them down.

It started out promising but soon turned into a disaster.

I am based in Singapore and the website had stated that it should arrive within a couple of weeks. However, my order did not arrive until I had emailed Ozzark directly. I was then informed that my order was delayed because one of the shirt/short combo was no longer available. I was then told that I could get a replacement shirt/short combo and that they would throw in a shirt for free. Another month goes by before I receive the next package which contained two identical shirts but no shirt/short combo.

Would not recommend. Sort yourselves out children.

I am actually ok with my order. I bought a shirt as a one-off for a day Festival that I expected to be dusty and wild, perfect for a rather turbulently-patterned shirt to assimilate. But looking close, these patterns look like 240p YouTube videos haha and well, it’s going to be hella sweaty wearing it - in the end, all that I would expect from dropshipped stuff.

The shirt arrived 1.5 weeks too late, so it’s unworn yet. I am on a themed student party in Switzerland soon, a night event - the first and last hours of my shirt‘s life.

If you never bought dropshipped stuff before, I just want to let you know that you will receive a wrapped freezer bag with your order in it - as crumpled as it can be, no spiffy bling package design.

Conclusion: keep your expectations low, buy stuff to be worn once - for parties or similar, expect at least 2-3 weeks delivery time (or that your order would not arrive at all - an absolute discretionary rationale).

I have ordered shirt, shorts and hat from Ozzark.com and my shipment was confirmed in June 24th. Now, when more than 2 months passed I still didn’t receive anything. They have answered on my complaints first time on August 22. I requested for money return and they refused me and whole communication was really unprofessional. I will never ever even think about ordering anything from this site and all other related sites. I am still don’t believe that I’ll receive neither my order neither my money (90 eur cca). Customer service is awful. Better avoid this site

Not the best quality, the shirt looks more coloured on the Website, the shirt i receive wasnt so coloured.
Not a second time for me to shop there.

Dropshipping. Bad quality. Just order from ali express it is cheaper.

I ordered more than a month ago and I still don't have answers. They ignore my mails and dms on instagram.

They've deleted a lot of comments on their instagram publications and apparently they also publish fake comments on Trustpilot to make positive reviews.

We can easily tell that all the positive comments below mine are fake since all of them appeared on the same day, they are written with the same pattern and they're all located in Spain. They can't even do this fake job in a proper way.

But this proves a thing ! This means that they are more focused on the bad reviews rather than the actual orders. They are more reactive whenever their image is ruined rather than when their customers are unhappy.

What a shame ! They're part of the reasons why I barely trust anything from Instagram, and some certified accounts just promote them... Total scammers and it sucks that their page is still not closed to this day.

Very good product and happy with the purchase. I will order again, totally recommended.

Highly recommended. The order arrived a little late but I liked the product a lot. In relation quality price is very good. In addition, customer service has been excellent. At first I was scared by some comment written here but I can confirm that it is not a scam at all.
