Great chair, compact and light yet sturdy!

Compact, lightweight yet sturdy! Purchased the Ozzi Outdoor chair in preparation for a two-week motorcycle ride of the Trans European Trail (TET) in northern Spain later this year. Not used it outdoors yet but it’s great for relaxing in the man cave with a beer while I’m prepping the bike for the trip. 100% Bloody good chair!!

- I am getting on in years

- I am getting on in years and I have been trying to get a lightweight foldable chair to take on days out. The Ozzi chair ticks all the boxes and allows me to walk a bit further without worrying about where to rest my legs. It’s also the perfect chair for keeping in my camper van.

I’m in my mid-seventies and I bought…

I’m in my mid-seventies and I bought the Ozzi Outdoor Lounger because I thought I would need the extra support, but I also have the small one that is perfect too. When I had my old chairs even though they packed into a carry case I was always bumping myself as I packed them up or carried them, and of course that led to bruises and sometimes a skin tear which would take weeks to heal. With these new Ozzi Gear chairs, essentially the little one it’s a breeze, pack it up and into its case then under my arm or into my bag and off I go. So far, no injuries and feel confident when I need my chair that I will enjoy my holiday and not have to worry about having little accidents, some of you out there will know exactly what I mean. I’m looking forward to taking them on my next trip and not falling over bulky chairs and no visits to emergency clinics. Love these chairs and the life time warranty too.

I bought these chairs for my daughter and her partner who love the great outdoors and they are thrilled with them being so strong and sturdy yet lightweight
I wiujj look d recommend them to anyone who loves the outdoors or even using in the backyard

Muture aged customer

Must be getting old,when I first unpacked my Ozzigear chair was a little disappointed didn't think much of it But when I watched the short video and realised I hadn't, extended the back support legs i was very happy with purchase and quality of item.I also found it to be comfortable and very easy to pack into a compact size for travel or storage,great product.

Deliberately misleading website

Deliberately misleading, false advertising and awful service. Multiple items were purchased as a gift. However, upon arrival they were not suitable so I requested a refund. Bearing in mind these items were only available online so until they arrive one doesn’t know how well they fit or work. Despite the website repeatedly claiming ‘45 day refunds,’ ‘no questions asked’ I was told that since the items were bought as a package deal they were not reliable for a refund. The items weren’t on clearance, just on sale. Apparently items on sale are not eligible for refunds. At that time only two items on their entire website were not on sale. Meaning the company would deny refunds to almost every purchaser. Once confronted with all the misleading information the company finally agreed to a refund. However, I still had to contact them a week after the tracking information indicated the package has been returned to the warehouse to remind them to send the refund. I had begun to think I’d been scammed. Very questionable ethics.

Usless company

Usless company, ordered over a week ago was told it would be shit day and that they were local. It’s coming from China two weeks later! Still not arrive absolutely useless to deal with this company. Wouldn’t touch them because this was absolute nightmare knowing that I’d ordered these in time for them to arrive for us to go away and yet this now happens because this company is not Australia Australian made not produced in Australia or not even got a local factory in Australia. All comes from china says there’s a problem!

We placed a notice in the header of our website informing customers that certain colours went out of stock momentarily, and that this would affect the fulfilment times.

As per my most recent check this morning all colours are back in stock and orders are flying out the door.

And as per your claim that we're not Australian...we're based in Adelaide, South Australia and support as many local jobs as we can with our business. Production is done overseas which is EXACTLY the same as any other business due to the cost of producing in Aus meaning that we'd need to charge 3-4x as much to sell the chairs, and thats not something most people can afford.

By diversifying our supply chain, not only do we attain better quality (through having more options) but are also able to sell our chairs at a price point that everyone can afford.

It’s frustrating 😤. They market themselves as “Australian” or “selling in Australia”, but the product is actually shipped from China. I have to wait 2-3 weeks or who knows maybe more

Hi Yasmin! Due to the crazy demand our product has recently come under we had to make the last minute call to keep fulfilling, but directly from our supply chain setup overseas. We are paying ALL additional costs to ensure all order with instock products are still delivered within 6-9 days.

If your order has taken longer it is likely due to a colour going out of stock momentarily, but as per my check this morning all chair colours are in stock and being shipped as normal.

Refund

Trying to return product under 45-day policy - have emailed company every day since receiving product with no reply.
Company spams you with emails post order and is responsive with correspondence when you place an order, but then completely silent when there is a problem.
Take care when ordering from this company if you have any reservations about being completely satisfied with purchase of an expensive product.
Still pursuing refund......

Update: Company very responsive with email and phone contact following my review. Refund now complete and the product has been returned. Thank you for responding and allowing me to return as per your conditions.

Awaiting a refund & now received.

Absolute shocking service. Chair and ground sheet still not received. Sent about six emails to 'Peter' and support and received completely BS replies. Big on the sales / videos push, but no real relevant replies. Luckily I paid via PayPal so started a case to get a refund. I also noticed that you haven’t replied to PayPal. Time ran out yesterday. So from my own personal experience to anyone thinking of buying from this company. Don’t bother.
PS. No doubt ‘Peter’ will respond in a way that it’s not their fault, but believe the simple fact is that this company is up to the standard that they promote. PPS. I just receive a email from Ozzi Gear asking me to review my order that has not been received. What a joke.
Update. Just received a refund from PayPal.

There is a teething period here where I expect the level of service to drop momentarily whilst all new team members get up to speed but that is no excuse.

Not a SCAM, just shit delivery service!!!

UPDATE: After waiting a month, I finally got the product. What a shame!. The chairs themselves seem to be sturdy and compact. Not bad. However, I will not shop here again! I will add another STAR for the product.

PS. I feel for the marketing team, as they are doing an amazing job! It's disappointing that the team is let down by customer service and poor delivery times.

UPDATED: 20/03/26. TRACKING NUMBER UPDATED but still no product. It's been 3 weeks... zzzzzzz... I'll keep this one Star review. Still not able to provide a product review... because I have not received this goddamn product!

SCAM. Took my money for 2 chairs and no comms after several emails. At least have something show on the tracking info- none. Just the day the took my money and now silent. I will continue to post on your social media and alert others of this scam.

We carry chairs in the back of our vehicle for constant use.

We carry chairs in the back of our vehicle, historically they take up a lot of room. The Ozzi chairs take up very little room and weigh a lot less. They are just as easy to set up, much easier to pack down and put in the bag. The best part is they are comfortable to sit in and get out of.

Don’t buy these chairs - nothing but grief

I purchased these it took nearly 2 months to arrive. When they did they were unsuitable. Trying to return under their guarantee was extremely difficult before they were even send me the details. Then they have received the goods and it’s over a week and they still haven’t processed the refund saying now their CEO needs to approve all refunds. I had to pay to ship it back to them. So I’m out more money. Don’t buy these chairs. Nothing but grief.

UPDATE - Once they received the goods they said that only the CEO can approve refunds and kept sending me emails saying for me to contact Peter and ask him for a refund. The 'assured' me it would get processed but involved 4 emails from me with two days delay each for response time back to my email. I explained he had approved it but they still said I should contact him directly. So after two weeks of having the product I finally got the refund 24 hours after Peter said it had been processed.
