I ordered a vinyl online from Ozzy Collectibles, condition described as "Excellent". No invoice, no ABN, no gst component, in fact not even an acknowledgement of purchase. Upon delivery, I found it had 2 severe scratches on one side and 2 minor ones on the other. The seller didn't respond to my messages left on his website. I had to ask Paypal to intervene, following which he insisted that the item was correctly described. After pointing out that these damages should have at the very least been mentioned on his advert, the seller eventually offered a refund upon the item being returned. I accepted to pay the return postage as a gesture of good will. It then took over a month and the intervention of both Paypal and Consumer Protection to get my refund. Customer beware!
