Reached out to have a website built. The guy couldnt tell me much about the business. I asked simple questions such as.

How long have you been around for? Answer 8 - 10 years. Couldn't tell me anything about Tasmania where apparently they are. How many developers? Same answer 8 - 10 for wordpress and 8 - 10 in custom. Sent me websites that they "built" but none were in Australia and I suspect they just sent me random website that fit my criteria.

There are no developers or employees for this company on Linkedin and no ABN associated with this business.

The representative Frank has a heavy accent and I suspect isnt based in Australia.

In the end l now have a beautiful logo and website running. Thank you for your patience and guidance. wouldnt have done it without your team.

Not the best experience. They didn’t meet the deadline, and some content was copy-pasted from my old site. They apologized and redid it, but it cost me time.

I had higher expectations. I run a law firm and the design felt too generic. Communication could have been better. They fixed some issues after I followed up, but it didn’t feel like a premium service.
