Purchasing tickets was easy and they were electronically delivered within the timeframe noted. I would only recommend not stating tickets should be printed as electronic tickets are able to be used.

What a great night!!
Booked a Westham United game with my sons. What a night we had. The receiving was excellent. Really nice lounge! Food was simple but good! A beer at half time! We enjoyed ourselves a lot! Thanks for everything P1 and Westham.

Great tickets but …
Great tickets.
I liked the process and would use them again with one BIG caveat.
P1 is for ‘fans’ that travel from overseas, so I find it extremely illogical that the tickets are only emailed to the fans a day or two before the game AND then have to be printed!
Requiring a printed ticket is a real issue for people travelling.

Not the cheapest way but the least worry some way!
Not the cheapest way to watch a live football match, however it is definitely the least worrying experience I've had, especially when you are from abroad.

Very nice
Very nice, very good. I ordered Starter package F1 Suzuka GP for my friend. Really happy that we actually received tickets in a couple of days before the GP so we have checked all of the qr-codes and links actually working. Had some issues with one link but the P1 support did fixed it really fast and my friend enjoyed all of the GP days from Thursday to Sunday. Definitely recommend

Excellent seat as promised
The ticket arrived a week before the game for Napoli v Milan. The seat was excellent and as advertised. Good communication and I have another booking where I hope for the same excellent seat and experience.

The match itself was excellent, the VIP experience was a disappointment
The match itself was excellent. However the promised VIP experience besides the match was a disappointment. We were offered a lunch ( between 12:00 and 16:00 ) on the day of the match ( 20:45 ) about 45 minutes away from the stadium. We were not able to enjoy this lunch as we were visiting Pompeï and Vesuvio during the day. We assumed to have dinner just before the match in the stadium or nearby when we bought the tickets.

Our hospitality packages for Napoli include an off-site lunch arranged by official partners, which is why it takes place at a designated restaurant in the city between 12:00 and 16:00 and not at the stadium in the evening. This information is included in the information booklet sent beforehand, but we understand that this may not have matched your expectations when booking.

Napoli vs AC Milan
It was my 1st time at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona and as a passionate lifetime supporter of Napoli FC it was truly an amazing experience one which I will never forget.
Unfortunately the price of the ticket was way over priced but I understand this is the nature of the matter.
As I'm staying in Italy until the end of the current Serie A season I've obtained a Napoli Fidelity Card which enables me to purchase tickets,in great viewing sections,at the local cost.
That said I'm still appreciative of the opportunity through P1 Travel ticket service to be able to attend a football match at this great stadium
