Not even qualified instructors!

My daughter booked lessons through P4 Pass. She was given an instructor, who she had 21 lessons with. Progress was VERY slow and then she was told with no notice, he couldn’t teach her anymore because he had failed to qualify! At no point was my daughter told he was a trainee or not qualified. She wasn’t contacted by P4Pass and offered no alternative which I think is disghusting. She has found a new instructor, who is qualified and is HORRIFIED at some of the things she has been taught. Nearly £700 paid to them and a complete waste of money.
Message every politely through their Facebook page and not even the decency to reply. Avoid at all costs, or at least double check the qualification of the instructor you are given. They should be ashamed of taking money from kids excited to learn and put their faith in them
