Excellent Cricket Kits provided to the LSL t20 League - highly recommend

Never received any dispatch email very slow reply’s. Unhelpful, don’t even know if order was dispatched even thou it was paid for! Would avoid

Hello, I had ordered a bat and it arrived with cracks on the bottom. I immediately informed PA sports. They replied that they will send its replacement. Since then there is no communication from PA sports. I have written a number of times and tried to call them but they just do not want to reply. Such a bad customer service. Stay away from PA sports!

Unprofessional lacking customer service and gives incorrect information about delivery dates. Fast responses when asking to buy products ignored messages when enquiring about existing orders

Never received item and messages ignored after requesting refund. Will now be contacting the bank to get this money back after 3 months

Shocking service! Ordered my son a pair of new cricket spikes 2 weeks before his first game. When they hadnt arrived after a week I tried to log in to the account i created on site but you cant. Only contact was through whatsapp, which was a mare as my messages were ignored. Finally after 2 day i was told shoes had just been dispatched (over a week after ordered and 2 days of messaging, he decided to post them) and i would receive them the next day (Friday, 2 days before match). Guess what! No delivery......no contact......no way of getting a pair in time now.
Shocking service, never again!

I still haven’t had my order and upon contacting the ‘help’, they have advised me it “should” be on its way.....ridiculous will definitely not be ordering again

Item didn't arrive. Have tried to contact but never got an answer as to whether it was actually posted or not. Would avoid this company! Much more genuine cricket equipment company's out there!

I did not received my items . I have been trying to contact the owner or company no one Answering my phone calls and replying back to my email . They have taken my money from my credit card 4 weeks ago. Very bad and unprofessional way of operations. I don’t know how to get my refund back . Currently seeking my bank help .regards kabilan
