Customer service is just not replying emails
The instructions for registering a product is not clear, I followed the instructions but the website layout has already changed. Emailed the customer service waited for two weeks, no response. Student voucher could be applied, enquire customer service, again, no response.

Avoid!
Avoid!! Wasn’t made clear goods are shipped from overseas. After 10 days no news on delivery so chased. Very poor customer support, just pointed me to DHL website which told me nothing. Eventually discovered the driver had taken my parcel to a local delivery centre but neither Pabo or DHL can tell me where!! I am contacting credit card company for reimbursement

My order did not arrive
My order did not arrive. I emailed the company and although their website said they would get back in 48 hours but they did not. I then phoned and they couldn’t not help or understand why I didn’t receive my package or get a calling card. They could only tell me they assume the package will come back to their warehouse and if so they will contact me. They couldnt reassure me that if I ordered again I would get my package.

Pabo cater very well for the 'adult'…
Pabo cater very well for the 'adult' market and are good at what they do.
I've recently returned to Pabo after being an existing customer around ten years ago.
There are certain things that I miss however. I miss the paper catalogue, the gorgeous shoes they used to sell (they don't sell *any* now) and I also miss the good range of fashion clothing they sold.
Still, I was able to buy a couple of nice fashion items and it's more clothes and shoes that I need; not nipple clamps!

Excellent customer service there was an issue and they resolved it straight away sent out a new product. and the wife loved the products they fit fine. Only issue was not many choices in her size
Great items, poor packaging
Items finally arrived after I had to contact customer service. I only then found out that they could not find my address but no one informed me. The parcel was very battered and ripped open on one corner. Packaging is very poor considering how personal the items are. Please consider placing the box in a sealed bag.
