I think they are rubbish

I think they are rubbish. Sent something back for refund & have sent proof of postage twice but still no refund. Have referred it to paypal

Will take your money and deliver nothing

It would appear I'm not the only one to have been robbed by pabo! Over a month and they haven't delivered my parcel and despite several emails stating that I would like a refund they have stopped replying. Despite the fact that they are clearly breaching the consumer rights act. Never again will I shop with this company. Avoid at a costs!

Order never arrived!

Order did not arrive after 2 weeks so contacted the company. Was told that they had failed to deliver and didn't know where it was! I was told that they would start an investigation to see where it was. They said they would send me an email to fill in with all the details and that in the meantime they would send the order again. This was over a week ago and I have received no email and no delivery! I have tried ringing and emailing the company but the phone line just goes dead when you select an option. I am now resigned to the fact that I have lost my money. I will never deal with this company again.

Awful

Awful, dishonest company, avoid like the plague!! Initially i received my order late, then when I discovered the product was faulty, this bunch of scam artists continually failed to reply to my emails. DONT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS!!!

**** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WITH JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY****

Worst company ever, Girlfriend placed order 2 months ago now still no items. after emails and phone calls to the worst customer service ( if you can even call it that!) I was told that the issue was down the change of wear-house, and some items of of stock, asked for item that was in stock to be sent and other items to be refunded, a 1 week later still no dispatch email or refund, another phone call to customer services to basically be fobbed off.
Glad a credit card was used as I am now contacting the card company to put this though as a theft.
Theft is exactly what this company is doing taking peoples hard earned money and not supplying the items.

I placed on order for three items two month ago. All items were in stock at the time of purchase. Two weeks and no communication from them which I chased via email several times. One month later I received one item and told the other two are out of stock. I emailed no end of times asking for an update on what was happening, till I gave up and requested I was refunded for non sale of goods, with no reply to all my emails and then occasionally the odd one with the same email contents. The customer service I received or lack of, was very short and blunt. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. 6 days ago I received an email stating my details had been passed onto the refund team and il get an email once my refund has been done. Stil no refund! Surely what this company is doing is illegal, would love to hear any advice as to how I can take this further legally and report them for fraud, because that's what it is!

BE AWARE - YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND ON ANYTHING.

Same as other reviewers. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Despite many emails, no refund on returned items. Is this Company POlicy I ask - to avoid giving refunds ? Yet within seconds of telling them to remove my details as I would not be ordering again, I received a reply telling me I had been removed.

Misleading

I have ordered a product from this company in the end of April. They were very fast taking the money out and apparently the product was out of stock. However, no information was displayed in the website whatsoever informing the customer about this issues before ordering. Since I haven't received the product or the money back I emailed Pabo customer service asking them about the situation, if there was no product available at least send me the money back. Their answer was that they are very busy and at the moment are unable to complete any refunds and to wait for an email from them. Ok as long as they sort it out, I thought. I have waited a month and contacted them again. The answer was exactly the same. I guess I will never receive the product or my money. And I now have the idea that Pabo is just another company trying to make easy money by robbing their customers! Very disappointed! It's a shame that I can't rate it ZERO.

I made a order last week

I made a order last week , pabo have happily taken my money from my bank account but haven't emailed me to say they have dispatched my order ,
I don't make a order and pay for it and not expect it to be dispatched nearly a week after paying for it.

I presume il get my order at some point as customer Service's are near on impossible to communicate with.

My advice: Avoid this seller!

I cannot describe how frustrating my experience with PABO.com was, and it's not over yet. I wish I read the reviews before ordering.
I ordered some underwear sets from PABO.com, but they weren't exactly to my taste, so I returned them. I posted my parcels back couple of days later with the provided Freepost label. That was 7.5-8 weeks ago.
When the refund didn't appear within 14 days (as promised on the website), I tried to get some response from the customer service, but they wouldn't even talk to me until 6 weeks have passed. So I waited.
Then the 6 weeks were gone and, as suspected, no refund. I contacted customer service again only to be informed that they have not received any of my parcels.
They then requested proofs of postage, my card details, including expiry date and CVC (why, what else are they going to charge me for?), then details of the items I've returned. Then they wanted to confirm which orders I returned... all that emailing back and forth took a week and a half.
This morning I received an email informing me that my parcels have been located and I will get my refund, however, it stated that now I'm liable for any delivery and insurance charges, unless the return was due to defect or error on their part.
I've looked through the T&C and the website and couldn't find anything about a customer being liable for paying insurance.
All the terms specified on the website were met by me: goods were unused, undamaged and posted back within the required timeframe.
I really would prefer to avoid taking legal action and hope that my refund will come next week and I will delete PABO.com from my browsing history and forget it like a bad dream.
But for now, we wait...

UPDATE: 3 days ago PABO customer services sent me an email in which they stated, I quote:
"We have not physically found the parcels. 
So we have no parcels back, and due to the fact you provided us with the proof of postage we have credited the parcels and wil refund the total amount paid..."

OK, I suppose that's progress. Although, I really don't see why PABO not being able to find their own mail should be my concern? Surely, this matter was out of my hands as soon I posted the parcels using the FREEPOST service, and should be resolved between PABO and the Royal Mail.

Anyway, just checked my account, nothing. It's now been exactly 2 months since I posted the first return on the 8th of January. I wonder how much longer do I have to wait until I actually get the refund?

Update 16.03.18
It's been 2 working weeks since PABO customer services sent me an email on the 5.03.18 stating that they have, I quote: "credited the parcels and wil refund the total amount paid". NOTHING HAS BEEN PAID INTO MY ACCOUNT!!!
How long does it take? It's no been almost ELEVEN WEEKS since I posted my returns.
This is absurd. I'm now going to seek legal advise. Anyway, my advice is simple: DO NOT BUY FROM PABO!

Really bad customer service

Cannot deny items arrived on time, 5days, no problem. But 2 of items, inferior material and sizes not very good. Emailed them for freepost return, twice. Eventually sent back items and got proof of postage.informed pabo customer service and got reply saying refund would be made as soon as they recieve items.6 weeks later and numerous tickets and emails later still no reply from customer service except to say have recieved my enquiry.great for taking your money but, refunds,customer service disgustingly bad.do not buy from this company unless you are absolutely sure you want items.really bad customer servicr

Ridiculous return policy + awful customer service

I placed an order. When it wasn't despatched in time, I asked for it to be cancelled. This was ignored and my order was then despatched, then they replied one week later to tell me it wasn't possible to cancel as my order had been sent. Order arrived too late, so i returned it. Received ZERO communications from the company about my return. When I called to speak with their customer service, I was told the return can take up to 6 weeks to arrive, then it will take another 14 days to process the refund once they have the returns. Furthermore the call cost 3 pounds!!!! ABOSOLUTELY CRAZY. Rest assured I will never order from them again.

Pabo has fell away since it went online …

Pabo has fell away since it went online and done away with the catalogs,you got alot more in the catalog than you do on there web.{eg no dvds and there is no mens fashion etc}.
Its more for the ladies now.
Bring back the catalogs and the extra stock.

I live in London. I bought some items couples of times from Pabo... but first time I have sent items back for refund as not really suit me... So surprised and disappointed as I'm waiting my refund 7 weeks and did not have it yet .. I send emails and got references 2278905 ... they said that I need to wait 6 weeks as their location is abroad... but 7 weeks gone and I'm still waiting my refund... So be careful when you order items from Pabo.. I hope my information has helped you

Woeful and dire company to order from

If I'd have looked at the reviews ahead of time, I certainly wouldn't have made the mistake of ordering from Pabo.

Ordered my items on 18th June and no real updates with dispatch, just given the usual spiel of goods "if they are on track" will be with you in a few days.

Lo and behold, I've still not receieved my items and I'm out of pocket around £70 and the customer service is dire.

I've been hung up on twice because the ladies couldn't understand my queries and I admit my frustration evetually boiled over.

Numerous calls and umpteen e-mails later and I am still without my items or even a sniff at a refund.

Suffice to say I'm very disappointed at the level of customer service or lack of in this case, I will not be back again and just gutted I can't leave 0 stars as the rating.
