3-Pack Mens Crew Socks ordered on…

Update: Pacas sent me 3 packs of socks.
3-Pack Mens Crew Socks ordered on 12/3/22.
1 pair of 3 was delivered on 12/23/22 so as of right now I have paid $57.93 for 1 pair of socks and a gift box. I have emailed support twice and haven’t received any response. There is no number on the website to contact.

Poor quality and order that never arrived

I just received my order. Very disappointing- there are several snags/strings hanging off the socks.
They don’t look like quality socks.
I did not receive my order in time for Christmas and had to cancel it. Ordered when back in stock, but got poor quality products.

I ordered the socks over a month ago

I ordered the socks over a month ago. Still no socks. They were supposed to be a Christmas present. ZERO customer service or response to inquiries on where the product is. At least THAT would have been helpful. DO NOT buy from this vendor if you have the expectation of a timely delivery of the product YOU PAID FOR! They should not commit to selling a product they cannot deliver on.

Do NOT buy from PACAS

Do NOT buy from PACAS. They will only steal your money. Only send half of what you ordered (if anything at all). And will not reply to any of your emails… ever.

Thieves. Definitely a company that deserves to be sued.

got suckered in like most here.

I got suckered in like most people.. Weather was cold, needed my feet warm.. The ads were on IG, so I figured it was real. There has to be a way to legally press charges against this company. This is third world level..Been 6 weeks since my order btw!!

Never got my order

I placed an order far ahead of black Friday in anticipation of getting gifts for Christmas.My credit card was charged immediately after order placement and weeks later I never received product or shipping information. Sent dozens of emails, and always receive the exact reply that the wool is being sourced from Peru and there’s a supply chain issue… I receive aggressive daily email advertisements on sales and free products with purchase but they can’t ship out orders placed weeks ago. I believe this is a scam company. Ethical legitimate companies Don’t charge credit cards until product has been physically shipped. I left a review and complaint on the Better Business Bureau and my case was closed because pacas did not respond to my complaint. Further evidence that they are a scam: when I try to leave a review on their website, my review was denied.

One month later. No socks, no contact

I ordered Pacas socks for a Christmas gift for my wife. The order was placed 12/10/22. It is now 1/10/23. One month later. I have sent messages via email to them indicating I want a refund. I have yet to hear back. I do not recommend this business.

It’s fraud to charge for items you never send.

The socks I received were great. Unfortunately, I only received half of my order even though they charged for the full amount immediately after I placed the order. Three weeks after placing my order and receiving confirmation, I emailed to inquire about the status and was told that “the wool was being produced in Peru, and there was a supply chain issue.” Supply chain issue as in you haven’t sheered the llamas yet? Or it’s stuck on a boat? Meanwhile, I received 6 text sales messages a day, plus emails, aggressively marketing a product that isn’t even made yet? Now, it’s been three weeks since I received my partial order. I have emailed three times and left comments on social media posts, with no response. I will be filing a charge dispute because this is fraud.

Ordered $300 worth of gifts in early…

Ordered $300 worth of gifts in early November. Radio silence from them. The thing that adds salt to the wound is that they advertise deals every single day knowing they are not going to provide the goods they sell. Everyone should send a complaint to BBB. This company should not be allowed in business anymore

The socks never ship

The socks are fine. But I only know this because my sister has some. I ordered some six weeks ago and have yet to even have a shipping update. I've emailed them several times and just get a boilerplate response that says they'll be in touch "soon" (if I actually get a response).

Send money, await further silence.

Pacas.com had no problem taking around $400 from me on December 12th. They sent automated responses to my inquiry as to shipping dates on the 19th, and after 3 separate attempts to contact I'm reversing the charges with the CC Processor/Paypal.

They have a snazzy, easy to use website, but they just can't seem to execute on the back end with any kind of updates, email, response to tickets, product updates... anything really. I'd love to tell you about the socks, hats, scarves, blankets... but apparently we'll never know.

Ordered weeks ago for a gift- NOTHING YET

Ordered weeks ago for a gift. Charged my card right away and its been weeks and I sell dont have them. They have no customer service number- only email and you get s form letter that says nothing as a reply. I wont buy from them again. There is no excuse for ignoring customers who already spent over $100 for SOCKS

I ordered 6 pairs of their socks on…

I ordered 6 pairs of their socks on December 4th, 2022. They were running a 35% discount. I was told I would get them before Christmas. I received my package on December 28th. There were not 6 pairs of socks, there were 2! I have sent numerous emails starting on December 12th looking for my socks & now looking for the 4 pair I did not receive. Not one has been acknowledged. There is no number to call either! They charged my card right away. So, they have my money, yet I do not have my full order. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE...EVER!

Scammers

Like others, I would rate these scammers 0 stars if I could. I ordered 6 pairs of socks on 11/23 and my card was charged immediately. 6 weeks later, nothing has been delivered, and 4 emails by me to get an update have been ignored, other than canned, worthless form letter responses that are always the same. Horrible, non-existent customer service. This business is completely lacking integrity and ethics. Stay far, far away.

I placed a sock order on December 10 and still no communication from Pacas that my order has even shipped. I have contacted them four times and no response, but a canned automated one, each time. I even left a message on their answering machine. This company has terrible customer service and I will never order from them again!

Placed an order for socks on Black…

Placed an order for socks on Black Friday and only received 3 of the 9 pair of socks ordered (it is now 12/30) Pacas website literally never loads. I can't even find out if the remainder of my order has shipped. This is very poor customer service. What if this was a Christmas gift? I ordered in plenty of time to receive it. So disappointed...especially for the price!!

Order took a long time and was shorted a pair of socks.

I as the rest had my order delivered many weeks after ordered and was shorted 1 pair of socks. These are not cheap. I have emailed them, no response, no person to talk to . I will not order from them again. I am filing an official complaint with the BBB. My thoughts are that they were overwhelmed with orders and could not handle the influx. Either way, not impressed with them.
