We had several informative and productive meetings as well as a property visit, all on short notice. We went from introduction to the Pacaso concept to "closing" in one week, due to the well-informed staff that was incredibly responsive over a holiday weekend - very impressive!

The several people involved in our purchase and introduction were spot on and very helpful. We had a somewhat unusual fund transfer situation at purchase date which was handled very well by staff.

Each Pacaso representative made an effort to respond to where we were in the process, with diligence and patience.

House is beautiful and ready to go. Pacaso People are responsive and professional when needed.

Our experience with Pacaso has been terrific. We had some learning curves throughout the process, which have been ironed out at this point. We, as the partial owner, have learned how to manage scheduling and organize our needs to make for an easy entrance and exit from the property.

I had a great place in Lake Tahoe and wanted a bigger house because my extended family has expanded. I really wanted 2 shares at the new house and Micha, my sales partner, and the team made it easy and seamless. My only complaint was not in my experience of this sale, but that now sometimes other Pacaso reps call and text me. From a client perspective, I really only want to work with one sales person. Happy with me new purchase(s)!
