While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Corporate embodiment of "Our way or the highway"

Unilaterally changed their freight policies over a weekend, customers were only informed after the changes took effect (Freight costs literally doubled, and Paccar does not let you utilize your own freight options)

Does not care that they are assembling incorrect kits: Their EPA 21 Short Block kit has EPA13 & EPA 17 Injector Tubes... Not EPA21 tubes. When we informed Paccar of this, they said that is what's in the kit and they're not going to bother changing or updating it.

Also worked on a large bulk-buy deal for HVAC components, large quantity to lower cost.. Only for them to lower the individual cost even lower than what was just negotiated for (also with no warning or foreknowledge). They certainly don't seem inclined to work "with" anybody.

Oh yeah, they apparently posted more record profits last year before taking these actions

Zero assistance from District service Manager

Appears as tho customer service has turned a corner and stands on its head to deny any or all obligation to assist.
Western Canada DSM was one of the rudest uninformed individuals I have ever encountered.
Product is absolutely not reliable and I get the feeling deny and stonewall is the new motto.

This company has gone down the toilet

This company has gone down the toilet. A once great company now puts out utter garbage. Every truck wether Peterbilt or Kenworth that leaves has shimmies, shakes , creaks, snaps, pops and any other assortment of noise that makes it impossible to sleep. Newsflash it needs to be quiet in the bunk, not impossibily noisy. How am I supposed to drive like this. Plus all the god damn dash noises... God I can't sleep. And I feel it's driving me mad. I'm used to the engine noises but all the rest... it makes me fear for my life sometimes wondering what might fall off these things. And the lives of others on the road.
