Very fast delivery, will use again

Great service. Product arrived per schedule and just as described. Up and running in no time.

They use Royal Mail to deliver goods! They will NEVER arrive!!
Absolute joke company… save yourself the time waiting for items and buy elsewhere else!

9th March.
Ordered some 5mp cctv cameras (hikvision DS-2CE56H0T-IT3E) from them, they were much cheaper than the ones I'd already bought from misco, so seemed like too good to be true.
Pacetech phoned to confirm order.
10th March.
Order arrived, very prompt.
Started to install.
The cameras are the older 4mp ones and not the 5mp ones advertised, they even phoned me to confirm the order.
As soon as I tried to contact them it was slopy shoulder time.
Very good at taking money, not very good at customer service and they are selling products not as advertised. I've still got all the boxes from the six cameras I bought from them, just in case they ever wanted to do the honourable thing.
Their invoice does say that they will refund incorrect items, I still have mine.
I had some issues with my order from misco being delayed by a week, so was very happy that pacetech delivered the entire order next day.
Misco delivered the 5mp product as advertised.
Pacetech delivered older 4mp models, not as advertised.
Misco charged £33 for 5mp camera.
Pacetech charged £30 for 4mp camera advertised as 5mp one.

Ordered a TP-Link Archer from Amazon, it was dead on arrival, I contacted Pacetech to report this and received a less than pleasant reply. I informed them that I would like to return the product and that I would need a courier pick up as I could not travel to the post office due to Self Isolating for Covid-19, and they immediately told me I was lying about the fault and made sarcastic comments about not arranging a courier and how everyone is going through covid.
Amazon agreed that the customer service from this seller is abysmal and intervened to process the refund.
If that was not bad enough Pacetech then emailed me further rude messages that I had to report Amazon.
This company does not know the meaning of customer service.
Having looked at other reviews here on FB, Amazon Ebay and even google. It at appears that they have an issue with not handling returns well, many people seem to have made returns and been refused refunds and been accused of all sorts. Not the way to run a business.

I ordered reconditioned TP Link powerline adapter set 1000 GHz to connect a 4K security camera to the
NVR. Possibly overkill. Order arrived quickly and is doing the job in a cold damp environment. Wanted some more but everything I want is out of stock. Good price as I was bothered about price of new kit in by damp.atmosphere.

I recently bought a Tenda NOVA MW5 from Pacetech. Great product and great service! My wifi is now working so much better than before and not to mention it was very easy to set up. I was also stuck on what to buy so I emailed their customer service and they were very helpful. Delivery was also very quick and efficient. Will definitely be buying from Pacetech again!

This is the worst company to deal if your product develops a fault. I had bought a belkin wireless stand from them which did not last even two months. I posted it back to them personally because they wont pay for it and they say they dont have this model anymore and have offered inferior models as replacement. There customer service speaks some other kind of english which i am sure most people do not understand.

Avoid this company they sell substandard goods there warranty is Nil as they have messed about so long with my faulty PTZ camera they now are telling me the warranty has ran out the first complaint for this item was 2018 excuse after excuse they also remove comments from there reviews etc

I spoke to them on the phone and they confirmed they would be returning £68 to me within 15 minutes.
The refund confirmation did not arrive so i rang an hour later and was told they would not be giving me a refund eventhough I was told previously they would be giving me a refund.
I have rung back again and the recorded message says Pacetech pride themselves on excellent customer service. Do not trust this company.

I purchased a netgear cctv system from Pacetech which developed a fault. I returned it to them 5 weeks ago and I only now have they said it will be sent for repair. Shocking service , avoid
