Unfortunately this review is part of a blackmailing group. They have tried to give us many bad reviews and ask for payment to get rid of them.

Pace Van Hire New Cross kept my card details and charged my card without my consent for damage I did not cause.
This company has acted fraudulently.
They have stolen over £800 from my personal bank account for an invoice they have issued to the company where I work who I was driving a van on behalf of.
Pace have attempted to bill my company for damage not caused by me, the amount is in dispute as I do not agree to it, and without notifying me and without my permission Pace have charged my personal bank account for the invoice.
I was not aware that they had even made a copy of my card details in order for them to have made this transaction without my consent, as I did not give permission for these details to be stored, nor for them to be used for this transaction.
I have reported Pace Van Hire to my bank and am making a report to the police Action Fraud department.
Beware, do not use this hire company, and do not let them handle your cards or have your account details, as they may store them and bill charges without your consent or agreement if they decide they wish to.
If any existing customers are reading this review, I recommend cancelling any cards you have previously possibly used with this company.

We would never act fraudulently in anyway. As a trusted independent in south east london we pride ourselves on transparency.
If you have hired a vehicle for your company in your name using your card, unfortunately our agreement is with you and not your company. We run stringent pre and post rental inspections for both ours and our customers benefit. They are emailed before and after pictures and a damage check sheet.
We appreciate you raising your concern, however without a surname we are unable to look to get into contact or find a booking. Please could you contact the office via telephone or email so we can look to get this resolved.
