Ok, let's start off with I'm well into my 50's and have traveled a ton. I think the last time I used an agent/packager was 2 decades ago. For my trip to Tahiti though, I used Pacific For Less, and I would never go there without them again. We booked our April 2022 back in the depths of one of the many Covid surges, Summer 2021. I was like f* this, I can't take it anymore, I'm going on a bucket list trip and Tahiti with overwater bungalows was the one I chose. Unlike Europe, US, Mexico or Japan, I didn't really know the area so I searched around and Pacific For Less sounded like an excellent agency. Honestly I just called them to get some ideas on pricing and was going to book it myself. After getting basic options (flights, hotel) I realized that I couldn't really beat their price by much so I pulled the trigger. I messaged them occasionally throughout the 10 months in between booking and leaving and they always got back to me promptly and cheerfully...but that was just the beginning. Our trip not only went off without a hitch but it seemed like everyone was in on it. Everywhere we went we had a "special VIP" line that was shorter than others or there was a person at the airport, trolley stop, boat dock with a sign with our names looking to whisk us away to the next incredible part of our journey. There wasn't a single time except on a trip to the main Bora Bora island (we stayed on a motu) that we did on our own when there wasn't someone looking out for us to take us to our next place, it was crazy. They suggested some great excursions but we only took one (which was insane, swimming with sharks and stingrays) and I wish we took more. The folks at the hotels knew all of our arrival, excursion, dinner and other plans and made sure we made everything on time. I have so many more great things to say about Pacific For Less but I think I'm running out of space. I've told everyone I know since I've been back about them and now, I'm telling you. Have fun out there!

This group is OUTSTANDING!!! We recently planned our second visit to French Polynesia with Pacific for Less. Jennifer went above and beyond to customize a very special itinerary for our 30th wedding anniversary. She accommodated our personal requests for a variety of options throughout the course of our scheduling. She was so patient and receptive during the whole process. We appreciated Monika's help recommending and organizing reservations and excursions.

Pacific For Less helped us plan our 30th anniversary trip to French Polynesia and created a truly memorable experience. They have intimate knowledge of the islands and all that each one has to offer. They utilized that knowledge to tailor the trip to us and what we were hoping for. I even had a couple of conversations with agents that shared their personal experiences and their words of advice proved to be invaluable and really enhanced our trip!

It's important to read through all the information they send you because even though it can feel a little overwhelming (it's a lot!) - it is all relevant and if you follow it you will have no foreseeable problems on the trip.

From the start to the end of the trip, everything was impeccable!
And hands down St Regis in Bora Bora is the best place to stay!

Bora Bora has been on my bucket list since I was in my 20s. I decided that on my 50th Birthday my husband and I would go. I started planning 2 years ago. I did extensive research and Pacific For Less was highly recommended by travellers on the facebook pages of Bora Bora and Off to Bora Bora. I contacted Claudia in 2020 from Pacific For Less via email and she responded immediately. The company is based out of Hawaii and I live in Lasalle, Ontario, Canada. Claudia and her team have plenty of knowledge of the French Polynesia/South Pacific.Their team visits the resorts and islands annually so they can see what's new and what's happening and recommend to clients.
Claudia knew I wanted to visit Moorea, Bora Bora, and she recommended another hotel across from Taha'a Island, Le Taha'a. I had to cancel a couple of times because of covid and the travel restrictions being placed.
We kept in touch and anytime I had any questions or concerns she responded immediately. I think I contacted her a million times and she was very patient with me.
Claudia will work with you and formulate a proposal/itinerary to where you would like to go.
We placed our downpayment after accepting our itinerary and final payment a couple months before going. We constantly received updates from Pacific For Less on tahiti's requirements to travel.
All my husband and I had to do was find flights to get to LAX and back home.
Claudia and her team took care of everything else. Literally VIP treatment.
Upon arriving in Tahiti a gentleman was holding a sign with our last name. We had to do a covid test( I believe they no longer require this) on arrival , then proceeded to customs, and baggage claim. There was a very long line for the travellers that booked on their own.
Claudia and her team set up all the transfers weather it be the shuttle bus, ferries, and planes to get to the other islands. They included a complimentary sting ray and shark excursion in our package. It was amazing!
I cannot say enough good things about this travel agency. The whole team was very personable and knowledgeable. Our vacation was worry free and perfect.
We have fallen in love with French Polynesia and look forward to contacting Pacific For Less for our return!

My husband and I booked with Pacific For Less for our honeymoon in March 2022 to Tahiti, Bora Bora and Moorea. The whole team here did such an amazing job and took the stress out of everything from itineraries, plane tickets, COVID restrictions, transportation, everything. It is difficult to explain how happy to use services of Pacific For Less am I. Openly saying I was originally little bit nervous to pay big money from Europe to company in Hawaii, which was arranging services in French Polynesia. But after reading so many great reviews at different websites and getting most professional offer I have ever got from any travel agency and very warm communication with Cathi, I have decided to go ahead with them. And that was great decision. Not only their package was significantly better than what I was able to reach using various booking platforms, but also their regular communication (especially regarding the Covid issues and our planned activities, etc.) and especially their absolutely reliable partners in French Polynesia, all were amazing. We decided to use Pacific for Less to book a trip to Moorea and Bora Bora. Taking a trip like this in the middle of a pandemic came with some challenges. However, the staff at Pacific for Less made the process much less daunting. They stayed on top of Covid protocols in French Polynesia and kept us up to date whenever necessary. Having a representative meet us upon arrival in Papeete to help us maneuver through one last Covid test, baggage claim and getting us to our hotel was so helpful after an 8 hour flight. We had an absolutely wonderful trip and appreciated all of the help that Pacific for Less provided. I would definitely recommend using them for a trip to French Polynesia. They have us as a customer for life.

Excellent from start to finish! My husband and I selected PFL as our travel agency to assist with booking our honeymoon trip to the French Polynesian. These gals were just amazing. Our trip could not have been more perfect. They excelled at keeping us informed of the entry and exit protocols into FP as well. Thanks to them, we were well prepared and informed of everything we needed. We did not encounter any issues whatsoever on our trip. Itinerary was perfect and the hotels were outstanding. We are so grateful for them and all they did to ensure we had an amazing honeymoon. We highly recommend and will book with PFL again shall we go back to FP.

We booked our French Polynesian honeymoon through Pacific For Less and it was an absolute dream! From the moment our plane landed we where blown away by the hospitality and service of everyone involved on our trip. It was so nice to have everything perfectly planned for us, especially after the stress of wedding planning! From our dinners to our excursions, every part of our honeymoon was effortless. We visited two different islands, Moorea and Bora Bora. We had awesome excursions which included snorkeling, jet skiing, and ATV-ing. We cannot wait to plan another trip to French Polynesia with Pacific for less!

Jennifer and the team at Pacific for Less helped us plan our dream honeymoon. Jennifer was amazing to work with, super responsive and very knowledgeable about the islands. We are well traveled, but this is the first time using a travel agent and we are so happy we did. Not only did Jennifer secure us better pricing than what we could have gotten through other travel agents or by ourselves, but she seamlessly took care of rearranging our trip when we postponed our wedding. Simple five minute phone call, and everything was moved to a year later. Jennifer also had amazing itinerary suggestions, without her we wouldn't have visited the island of Taha'a and that was one of the highlights of our trip.

Top notch, first class experience!!! Pacific for less left no detail out of our Bora Bora vacation staying at the St Regis.
Personally being escorted as a VIP through customs to arranging all excursions and dinners, along with navigating the Covid testing requirements, we have never been so pampered! Everything was absolutely perfect! We had access to the executive lounge at the airport in Tahiti. A nice cocktail and snack in air conditioning was the best way to say goodbye to the most beautiful place on earth. I highly recommend using Pacific for Less for your Bora Bora vacation.
