Don’t trust this guys, they sent me someone else’s device, and it was also broken.
They refused to refund me my money back, they refused to send me a posted return label .

Pacific ELD is a Fraud!
They called me yesterday, and one guy said my payment was past due. I told him I could pay quarterly, $60 per truck, just like I’ve always done before. But he said they changed the price to $160 per truck per quarter — that’s more than triple the original rate! I’ve never seen such price gouging before.

When I asked for one or two days to switch to another ELD provider, they refused and deactivated my account the next day without any notice, even though all my trucks were on the road.

Please beware of these scammers and their fraudulent practices!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Pacific ELD. Out of nowhere, they increased their prices and told me that if I didn’t pay the new amount immediately, they would shut down my ELD service on the spot — even while my trucks were actively on the road.

This kind of threat is completely unacceptable. ELDs are federally mandated, and no provider should ever put a carrier in a position where their drivers could become non-compliant or unsafe due to a sudden shutdown with zero notice.

The way this situation was handled was unprofessional and put my entire operation at risk. I will be taking action regarding this incident, and I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable ELD provider.

They are doing fraud with people. I paid $200 for semi truck camera as they told me good quality cameras and 4 sided but i was so surprised when i saw it is from amazon and only for $70. Then i have tried to call Pacific eld (Rishi and Harleen) they never answer my call. Their contact number from where they called me 2093952313.

Ask from her it is for semi truck cameras or car. May be, she was thinking we don't know how to buy from Amazon. Rishi called me 100 times before buying.

Please be aware. All they are doing fraud with our people.
