Played a no deposit bonus. Played thru wager, had to verify account. waited a few days. Contacted support they said it would be 3 to 5 business days. Been over a week haven't gotten any info what so ever. Tried to login to account and I no longer have access. Blocked. Its bs. Horrible. The ganes are fun, everything else is foul. And after reading reviews daniel moore management literally sends everyone that has left a bad review the exact same message blaming them saying they didn't give the asked for login info to investigate, ect..... Copy paste repeat. I can't even get an answer back, just deleted. They aren't asking for anything. Its all a lie.

That it was a good place but they just keep denying my withdrawal accidentally sent them a photo from awhile back and guess it was edited so they cleared my winnings and deactivated my account even thou I have all the documents necessary to prove my identity in some form another place is a scam !!!!! I wonder if I can change the Stars later (Especially if you guys end up helping me resolve this I will give you five stars because your casino deserves a five-star experience if you pay out ndb winners) since this casino would have more stars if the verifying team or the account management team would get back to me on whether or not my documents are eligible to be verified but see you can't do the verification deposit till you have your wagered balance in the withdrawal area. However you can't put the wagered balance into the withdrawal area till your account is verified and the wager balance is submitted.
See how this could be a conflict of the interest. Very conflicting, if I get no response to this or any action whatsoever because I've been waiting years for a reply to either go up or down on my star review based on how you guys resolve this issue.
