This team is amazing from start to finish! The full team is so nice and helpful and nothing is too much. They are supportive and give unbias information to help you make decisions about your property. They keep you up to date about your property eve though they have a client portal which gives the same information which I feel gives a better around experience. I would definitely request their support in the future and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone else wanting to sell their property, the team are fantastic!

First Class Legal and Conveyancing Support!
Our company received excellent legal advice and support from Alison Gourley and Graham Paisley from the outset regarding the purchase of our property.
The process was complicated for a Limited Company Buy-to-let, requiring separate Independent Legal Advice for each of our 3 Directors (which Alison and Graham arranged at a suitable Pacitti Jones local branch).
There were also very demanding lender and legal requirements - all to be delivered within a very tight timeframe, otherwise the property would have been re-marketed.
Taking account of the challenging situation, the advice, support and communication delivered throughout by Alison and Graham was excellent, as well as very professional and timely, enabling us to secure our property within the required timescale.
Nothing was too much trouble, with Alison and Graham going that extra mile and overcoming any obstacles that presented themselves. Everything was arranged very quickly, with minimum fuss and all of this represented great value for money.

I originally chose to sell my home of 23 years (tenement flat) with Pacitti Jones because I had previously been impressed at the high standard of their visual presentations of property and their local knowledge.

Recently their Accredited Paralegal Karen Sinclair has been arranging my Will and the Service provided by Karen has been Superb in dealing with a very sensitive matter in a very Professional, Pleasant, Understanding manner and is a Credit to the Pacitti Jones as are all the Staff in General.

I made a fatal mistake contracting Pacitti Jones to sell my flat in 2025. Not only did I get few viewings, all but one of the punters were completely unsuitable for the property and only one had even taken the steps necessary to sell their own properties i.e they were just wasting my time. The agents themselves were only interested in a quick sale and didn't give a fig about how much I lost in the transaction. To top it off, the office manager is just about the snootiest 'professional' I have ever had to deal with. Unsavoury.

Very Disappointed with Pacitti Jones – Unfair Deposit Deductions and Poor Communication

I rented a fully furnished flat through Pacitti Jones (Glasgow West End) and stayed there for about 1.5 years. I took great care of the property and returned it exactly as I received it—no damage, no nails in the walls, and everything clean and in place.

As long as I was a tenant, communication was smooth. But the moment I informed them I was moving out, the attitude changed completely. I tried to contact the letting manager several times, but she stopped responding to my emails and messages.

I spent three full days cleaning the flat and even sent GoPro video proof to show how clean it was. Still, they charged me £550 for cleaning, which I strongly believe was unfair and unreasonable.

My total deposit was £1,425, and they only returned £950. I didn’t have the funds or time to fight it because I had already paid the deposit for a new property and needed to move on.

I always paid rent on time and treated the property with respect. Unfortunately, I feel that once I decided to leave, I was treated unfairly and taken advantage of.

I’m writing this to warn others—if you’re renting with Pacitti Jones, be very cautious, especially when it comes to your deposit. Document everything and keep proof.

This company do not care about tenants at all. We have leased from them for three years and one day our front door lock had broken. It took them two weeks to get a locksmith out. In the meantime I had excuses like 'you changed your phone number'(which I did) but they had both our emails and my wife's number which they didn't bother to use. We pay on time, keep the house lovely, but any time there is something we need or that needs doing to the house, they just don't give a .......... it's freezing tonight (Nov 18th) and the boiler keeps giving a fault code, no hot water or heating and no emergency line for pacitti jones, because tenants are just there to give them money. It's going to be a cold night, I just hope they can get a plumber quicker than they got a locksmith. DO NOT RENT FROM PACITTI JONES, if you are a good tenant who requires minimum service and some help when requested.

Beyond disappointed with Pacitti Jones as I was a long term tenant in a west end property when I became able to look to buy. Three times I asked separate agents to ask the landlord if they would be interested in selling to open a discussion as I would love to buy the property. Eventually found one locally to buy rather than continuing to pay rent. However not long after I left, the property was sold (off market to a property developer) and now ‘developed’ and upgraded, for sale and at an over inflated price. There is definitely internal conflicts of interest with this company. Unethical goings on are obvious and are not so subtle where profit supersedes tennents/purchasers circumstances.

It is unfortunate that Pacitti Jones is conniving with landlords who leave old items in their house and will rather dupe tenants through frivolous claims after tenancy, to ensure that tenants' deposits are delayed from being returned, making claims for cleaning a house that was cleaner than handed and claim for damages that pre-exit the tenants stay in the house.

The house handed to us was very dirty, with lots of broken items. My family fixed the toilet that was not flushing and fixed the washing machine that was left in a total mess. My wife spend days cleaning every bit of the flat to avoid infections to our young children. In actual fact, the house was not and is still not fit for children to live in until all the windows are replaced. We spent 13 months of total torture in the house as we all usually woke up with stuffy noses due to the inflow of air to the flat through the windows despite that those windows could not be opened. A single-glazed flat with windows that have probably never been replaced, leaking air into the flat uncontrollably. Indeed, my wife had to buy a non-sticking cello tape to block the air before we had a little respite.

The inflow of air was through all the windows and the entrance door into the flat. No matter how we kept the heater on, the flat was always cold. That we keep quiet does not mean we don't have claims from the landlord who earned 21450 Pounds from us during our stay despite the state of the flat. All through our stay, we paid promptly but were never attended to promptly.

By 20th of August, it will be precisely three months since my family moved from No. 59 Novar Drive, up till today Pacitti Jones and the landlord are still holding on to our deposits mentioning unfounded claims. While they were eager to send us new inventory after our exit, they found it impossible to compare this inventory with the one Jamie sent to us when we moved to the house last year.

My questions to the Pacitti Jones team are:

Why is Pacitti Jones dragging their feet in comparing the inventory handed to us with the one conducted after the end of our tenancy?

Why will a so-called letting agent be claiming ignorant of the content of the inventory they handed to us?

Why are they so fast in championing claims for a landlord who handed us a house of torture for 13 months?

Use PJ to let out my property and have nothing but only good things to say. I was previously with Your Move who were absolutely terrible. I've gone from zero communication and incompetence, to amazing customer service and fastidious with how they operate.

I have used Pacitti Jones several times over the last few years, cannot fault them, impeccable customer service from Paul, Shona & the rest of the team in their Dennistoun branch they go the extra mile for you, I would certainly recommend them to anyone considering selling their home, your in good hands with Pacitti Jones.

Unfortunately we were linked to Pacitti Jones solicitors via the buyers of our house. 4 times our move date was cancelled due to the neglect of their conveyancer (Shawlands branch) Wrong loan amounts, not requesting deposit in time, not instructing for deposit to be paid by chaps, requesting documentation (council tax bills etc) on the eve of the 4th date of move and then asking for factor documents (which were sent 5 weeks prior) at midday on the day of the move after advising the funds would be released in the morning having booked removals in the interim. Absolutely unacceptable to this to people.
The stress these inadequacies placed on us was beyond intolerable.
The cost in cancellation of van hire and removal company’s born by us due to a solicitors inability to plan or do basic administration.
Process was a shambles from start to finish with a Solicitor continually acting at the last minute.
Don’t say you weren’t warned as I don’t think my experience is a one off. In fact I guarantee it..

Slow and unresponsive to emails. Basically holding up the whole house selling process and leaving our buyers wondering what was going on. Would not recommend.

Busy selling a property through the Burnside branch whom I have found to be entirely brilliant and so professional! Admin staff are fantastic to deal with and selling agents are really dedicated. ai would recommend them without hesitation at all.
