Not Happy... wet boxes

When placing my order, very easy to use.. this was the 2 stars.

The same afternoon I received a call to say that my boxes wouldn't be arriving the next day but the day after, no mention of returning my extra paid £20 for the next day delivery also that the size I ordered wouldn't be delivered as you don't have any, I would receive the size smaller, again no mention of a refund to the smaller boxes from paying you the larger size...

I was out working , to get a call from a delivery man asking me why im not answering the front door, I asked from where he was calling from, what are u delivering. Boxes ! It just so happened that it was pouring with rain and I was more than an hour away, I said your have to leave them by my porch, I was told that they are going to get wet and cant I make a plan ?.... A plan for boxes that I was told wouldn't be delivered on the day I requested, a plan I did not have as you should be arriving tom.. ? He said well I don't know anything about that, Clearly ! I said I cant make a plan for guessing when you may or may not turn up with cardboard boxes , which yes when I got home were indeed very very wet. Not happy , Wont be using your service any time soon.

Hi Chris,

Sorry you were disappointed with your order. The boxes you ordered were an end of line reduced price box and had been discontinued so we were unable to supply that size. We offered an alternative box which were more expensive than the boxes you ordered on our website, so we charged you the price of the boxes you purchased at a discount. Our supplier did us a favour and actually delivered on the day you specified - the next working day. We were unaware you would not be available on site that day when we spoke to you. As your order was under £75 there would have been a £15 charge for guaranteed next day delivery. We will refund the £5.00 difference and apologies for not doing so immediately, this was an administration error.

Very happy

Very good customer service on the phone, straightforward and helpful.
We've never had a problem, if we did, I am confident they would put it right quickly.

Great experience

Great experience - had a minor problem with the wrong item being delivered but the communication from Donna was outstanding and the replacement product came straight away and the uplift was smooth too! Thanks again :-)

I really like packability

I really like packability. Great service, much unlike my bus services (this also makes me very tired). I am not very good at squash unlike Packability which is really good at everything probably. I am the stationary manager. #Earlgreyforlife #Packabilityforlife
