Love it, extremely user friendly.

I am an Amazon driver and been delivering to many parcel lockers including Amazon Hub but found nothing out there to be as robust as the lockers from package nexus. Their lockers are really cool and slick, making my job so much easier and faster.

Our apartment building recently got this installed. Works great and when there is an issue the customer service is super helpful.

Absolutely love it! It is so easy to use; I can pick up my packages 24/7. These parcel lockers are outside but the canopies have LED lights which is great security feature at nights.

I have been working with Package Nexus for the past couple years setting up my store with their smart lockers and software support. Nexus has been very helpful in regards to setting up the towers, software and technical support when needed. I,m grateful for their awesome support and knowledge in the area of smart lockers and the transferring of packages safely. I highly recommend using Package Nexus for setting your business up with smart parcel lockers and getting in the game off online web app shopping and contactless delivery of all packages.

As a technician who has installed lockers for multiple companies I can say that the Package Nexus system is the easiest to setup from an electronics and control system perspective. The system worked out of the box and is constructed of high quality components. In addition to ease of use and setup the physical construction is much more robust than other competitors. The steel is thicker, the locks are of a higher quality and the lock actuators are of a higher quality. I would recommend their product over others I have installed.

As a technician that has installed quite a few delivery locker systems, I can honestly say, this system has the most user-friendly interface I've seen. It's very straight forward and easy to use. In terms of how it's built, the hardware is very straightforward and built for efficiency. I would definitely recommend this system

I usually don't post reviews unless I'm very happy or unhappy with a company. But for the past four years I've lived in an apartment complex where they have Package Nexus lockers installed. I've received many packages throughout the years and so far there have been no issues! They send me a code every time a package is delivered and it's always worked every time.

Package Nexus totally saved me from accidentally losing my package! Here’s the story I want to share:

I ordered a bunch of computer parts since I wanted to build a gaming PC a few weeks back. Yesterday, I got a text that from Package Nexus that told me to go to Smart Parcel Lockers along with a unique pickup code AND a corresponding QR Code (talk about flexibility!). It also said that I can pick up my item anytime that I wanted since it was open 24/7.

The process of picking up my items was very simple, which help me out since I just started with computers a while back. When I arrived with my son, I just scanned the barcode and the locker door opened.

This is where I had a mini heart attack. My son accidentally closes the door before I could take my package! I was panicking since I thought that I don’t have access to my package anymore! Plus, there were no people around since it was around 11:00 pm.

Fortunately for me, I just scanned the barcode again and it worked! The door opened and I was able to get my package, and son, safely.

Package Nexus is a total lifesaver, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
