We absolutely love the quality of custom soap boxes we received. The thickness of the cardboard, the colors and matte finish are beyond our expectations. We know we have a great product, but the packaging we got from Packaging Bee is what really sells! Working with Marcel on our order was such a pleasure. He clearly explained our options, provided us with a custom quote, got our order produced promptly and coordinated delivery within a specific time frame. Great customer service, we'll definitely work with this company on our future packaging projects!

The managers did a great job! They were professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend working with them.

Quality of print work was great (thus 3 stars) however the front end process has been rushed, details expressed in early communications missed, causing mistakes. Potentially a great option, however getting a physical sample prior to printing is recommended.

Jack was very quick and easy to work with, and the printing on my pillow boxes came out very clear, bright, and exactly as I pictured.

We have placed an order for £4500 and its been more than 3 months for our order. They said it will be 2 weeks to make the order and another 2 weeks to deliver. Now its been 3 months and no response even if we have been contacting them every week. Every week we speak to same voiced person but the name would be different. Sometimes Its MARCEL, Lewis, Jack , Steve even though when their company is based in Pakistan. We have already started proceedings to get the refund. BIG SCAM, STAY AWAY!!

I used to work as a content writer at Packaging Bee. At the start, it was fun, but after some time, that started telling me to write engaging copies for clients to get their money. I refused their offer, so they fired me.

Such an unprofessional company worst management ever. The management was involved in sexual acts with the female writers.

It's a huge toxic place to destroy your career. NEVER GO THERE. NEVER EVER.

Finding a company to make boxes for my candle business felt daunting. It felt like every business I found could be a scam. If I had looked on trust pilot before agreeing to do the deal I probably wouldn't have gone through with it. In the end I am happy I went through with it but the amount of unhappy customers on here doesn't instill confidence that future jobs would get done fairly and correctly.

Marcel helped me and was usually quick to reply but sometimes it felt like it took too long to get a response. Overall the project took longer than I'd liked to get finished but that was also my fault at times. I also specifically negotiated physical samples when I made the deal. I can't believe any box company would expect a customer to buy a large amount of boxes by only seeing a digital sample. The first sample was not what I ended up needing and they were asking a ridiculous amount of money for more physical samples. Physical samples are completely necessary in my opinion to make a large purchase. I would never expect a customer to make a large order without being able to feel and see what the finished result will be. Maybe Packaging Bee should have a reasonably set price for more physical samples that they let you know when negotiating the deal.

I would have added more stars if the job had been done quicker and with faster communication. The boxes also were repacked by DHL and some of the boxes were damaged. This is my first time working with a box company so I am not sure if you can expect every single box to be useable when you make a bulk order but I should hope so. I told them I was happy with the order but it would be nice to know every box will be useable when purchasing.

Overall I am happy but not sure if I will use them again. I'd like to find a USA made environmentally friendly company but the lower price is what made me choose Packaging Bee.

At first it was all quite friendly and helpful, but once I had asked for a quote I was bombarded by emails about the potential order.

When we decided to go with another company quote which was a bit cheaper, I got a reply 'thanks for wasting my time' which didn't sit well at all in terms of customer service.

Lewis helped me with my order. He was very helpful and professional. I was under the illusion that my boxes would be coming from London but I received them from Muhammad in Pakistan.
I am very happy with my boxes but feel like I could of rushed into sending money without researching the business first.
Luckily I received my boxes and I am very happy but after reading the other reviews, I wouldn't rush back.

I was assisted by James Scott. Overall I had a satisfactory experience, and in the end my boxes turned out really nice. The stock is nice, and James was really helpful getting them where they needed to be. The first iterations the boxes were sized wrong, but once we got it figured out and I got the art I requested some samples before moving forward. They printed off some samples, and they were great minus a slight adjustment to the perforation. They made the adjustment and got the final order out and so far I am pleased with the quality, especially for the price. The only thing that would have bumped this up to a 5 star review would have been a little bit quicker overall experience, part of which was my fault.

EDIT: this is my reply to the comment below since I can’t comment. You have never reached out to me multiple times, I reached out to YOU multiple times to ask for a partial refund. I explained a million times I don’t want discount on my next order because I can’t afford to buy thousands more of these boxes, it’s been a year and I still have over a thousand left!!! I am a small business not some massive company who can just place another order! Over the past year I have had to make my product smaller to fit in these boxes, I’ve been cutting off pieces of the product resulting in loads of waste. I am still affected by this awful company every single day having to make do with these boxes

UPDATE: The company contacted me asking me to remove my review which is very unprofessional. I said I would redo my review if I got the compensation I asked for, so they promised me a refund. After I removed the bad review they said it would take 10-12 days for the refund. I contacted after a week for an update and was told I couldn’t receive a refund because they already spent too much money making the boxes. How is that my fault? Do they think i’m made of money and can spend another thousands of pounds on another order?!! No i cannot! This company is disgusting and tells nothing but lies!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

This company has caused me so much stress and financial strain. The boxes arrived over a month late. Every time I would email to chase they would say 'there's a delay it
will be coming (insert new random date). I had to delay loads of product launches and lost out on loads of money due to all their lies!! When the boxes did finally arrive they were completely different to the sample. ordered glossy finish, received matt finish, the colour is completely different, and the boxes differ in size by 1cm (this makes a huge difference to my product as it was supposed to fit snug in the original sample). The 'print' also peels off very easily. (see my google review for photos)

When I told them my boxes were different to the sample they said they'd only discount my next order even though i'm never ordering again! They refused to compensate me for my current order which is ridiculous considering I ordered thousands of boxes that barely even fit my product!!! I'm now trying to rush through these boxes selling whatever I can just so I can get rid of them and actually get the packaging I originally wanted!

Wouldn’t even give one star. My case was dealt by a guy called Marcel salvio. I paid the money for my packages 3 months ago and I still haven’t received it. I email every single week to ask about my packages and he said it will come next week. I had to contact different printing companies to print my boxes and now they are hot even replying back for refunds. I am filing a case against him and the company for fraud activities. Looking at the activities it looks like I am not the only one. Please don’t trust them. They are very slow at doing their job. Printing packages should not take 3 months.

Taken over £1000 and still no boxes! We have waited over 3 months!!! Lying about delivery date. Now blocked of social media won’t return emails,
ADVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The company is fraudulent - they currently have almost £1000 of my money and in 3 months have given me nothing but continuous lies. At this point I assume they have no intent in actually supplying the boxes so I’m in the process of seeking legal advice. The positive reviews here are clearly fake - don’t fall for it!
