Still haven’t received them
Still haven’t received them. Not your direct fault but you chose to use DHL. They have been out for delivery three days in succession and have been returned to the depot each night as they did not as far on the round as us. Meanwhile I have no envelopes.

Reason for just four stars…
Great service, prices fine. Been a customer for a while and have given four stars as the quality is down this past couple of orders. Flaps tearing off when opened for packing due to glue overspill, the double sided tape not always being right. I’d be happier paying for the old quality rather than saving a couple of bob.
Had no intention of moaning but keep getting emails asking for a review so decided to note my concerns. Have just accepted losing maybe one in twenty as the nineteen are fine but ask for a review and I’ll tell it as I see it.
