Reliable with service that is beyond exceptional
We have been with Packetriot for over a year now. We should have left a review last year as the service was absolutely exceptional even then. At the time we had no idea how everything worked and John always assisted us and pointed us in the right direction - and this was when we had signed up for the free version just to try things out - so there was no guarantee that we would end up becoming a paying Customer.
After getting such great service and guidance, we moved up to the first tier package that covered our needs and have been happy with the reliablity of the service. About two weeks ago, I tried to setup another redirect and was having endless problems with my setup... I knew Packetriot was working as my other redirects had no problems and we had never had an issue before.
Thankfully I took a chance on sending an email to Packetriot in desperation, and John is so knowledgeable and helpful - the problem had nothing to do with Packetriot, but still John sent a video and a docker compose file to help us get the redirect working... you just don't find service like this anymore, especially not with a product that is already so reasonably priced.
Packetriot has been reliable and the service is beyond exceptional. Five stars is really not enough to express the extra mile this company goes.
