1st class delivery by a very courteous driver. How it should be.

Great communication from beginning to end. I could track the parcel in real time on a map and it arrived on time. The driver was friendly.

Driver was super friendly and professional. They brought the packages all the way upstairs to my front door (none of the other companies do that here). Arrived on time, and an absolute pleasure to receive packages via Packfleet. A++

So impressed with this company! They go the extra mile to make sure that your parcel is delivered in the way that you want, at a time convenient for you. I particularly liked the fact that I could "upgrade" to a 2-hour delivery slot for a small fee (although didn't make use of this on this occasion), that I could give multiple delivery instructions and order them by preference, and that nearer the time I could see to the minute when my parcel was going to arrive. Communication was great from start to finish too.

Nice, helpful (my box was quite heavy!) and cheerful delivery people. I was kept informed regarding estimated delivery time, which was narrowed down to an hour slot on the day, and my parcel arrived on time.

Excellent courier. I received regular updates that made it easy managing my time to take delivery of a fragile package (a fresh cake). The driver (Sharif) was very careful and polite. I wish other, better known couriers provided as professional a service.

My big parcel arrived in great time and was safely left outside my front door on top floor after I unexpectedly had to leave home early. A really clear picture was also taken to show my delivery had been delivered, unlike other companies that take rubbish unclear pictures with little thought or care - made a difference 👊

The pre-delivery emails were great, allowing me to specify my delivery preferences. I got an email to let me know the driver was 20 mins away. Also, a tracking map was provided.
When he arrived the driver was cheerful, polite and professional. Overall a very positive first impression of Packflee, and great overall experience.
