On the face of it this appears a normal sales website. However, delve into the lack of confirmation email, no correspondence and response, the poor reviews of no one receiving goods purchased, the phone number being out of use and then look up the address to find no property - total scam.

Unfortunately, haven't received my order after placing it 2 weeks ago. Couldn't get in touch with the seller: no response to my messages on livechat, phone numbers stated on website are not working, email addresses are nonexistent.

I’ve tried calling on both numbers on ur website .. no one’s answers .. web chat : too busy .. emails : nothing … I feel I’ve been ripped off ….

I haven’t received my order after 10days I e mailed the company and messaged them and tried the on line chat - NO response

I have not received my order, I have tried phoning and left messages but calls not returned, I have tried messaging and only received messages saying there was a problem. All I have had was a message saying my order had been received. Not impressed!!

How can I receive a message asking for a review but I haven't received what I order, still waiting message multiple times no respond, number doesn't work.

Never received order. They took my money and I am now having to try to get a refund

Placed an order on 3rd October. 18 days later I have received nothing. I have left telephone messages-completely ignored. I have left messages via the online chat -completely ignored. I begin to wonder if this company actually exists. All I have had is 2emails inviting me to respond to “How did we do?” whilst my account online is still showing my order as “Processing”. Well the obvious answer to their question is “Abysmally”. I don’t like writing a review such as this. Perhaps this review will prompt a response from someone.

I ordered some bags on the 30th September, and so far (2 week's later) nothing has shown up (the money was taken on the 1st October). I have tried their supposed 24/7 customer support number and live chat, but no one picks up the phone or responds (Live chat message each time is "Sorry to keep you waiting, unfortunately all of our agents are currently busy or away, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. What’s the best email to reach you on?"), but leave a message and nothing!!!

Happy to change my review if my order turns up, or even if someone responds, but at this point I am assuming that it is a scam company.

So my review is "avoid".
