They sold us on Packiyo but it was not what we expected. The initial call made it seem like everything was automated and simple to use.

We are pulling our hair because of the lack of flexibility and issues on this software.

The application is not user-friendly and does not fully solve many problems a 3PL would face. There are a lot of issues and constant glitches that require tech to jump in.

While we're able to jump on a call with support, it's only during our onboarding period which was made clear then only email thereafter.

Videos on their help site is outdated, so if you need to figure out something you just have to wait until your next call or will have to email them and wait for a response.

We have been using them for almost 3 months now. A bit disappointing as we had high expectations.

As a fast-growing startup, we had a ton of questions getting set up with a WMS. Packiyo has been a game-changer for us — it's powerful, easy to use, and handles our fulfillment needs without overcomplicating things.

The real MVP has been Packiyo's onboarding team and more specifically, Amy. From day one, she’s been incredibly responsive, patient, and proactive in helping us get up and running. No question was too small (and we had a lot). Her support made the onboarding process smooth and gave us confidence every step of the way.

If you're a startup looking for a solid WMS backed by amazing people, Packiyo — and Amy — are the way to go. Couldn't recommend them more!

We’ve been using Packiyo for about 8 months now, and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made. The system itself is super well thought out—clearly built by people who understand what actually happens in a warehouse. It’s not just plug-and-play software—it’s flexible, always improving, and actually adapts to what we need as we grow.

But honestly, the real MVP is David. He’s been our main point of contact, and he’s just the kind of person you hope you get on the other end of an email. Always quick to reply, incredibly helpful, and genuinely a great human to work with. I’ve definitely bugged him more than a few times (especially during implementation), and he’s never once made it feel like a burden.

If you’re in the market for a WMS that doesn’t just work, but comes with a team that wants to help you succeed, Packiyo (and especially David) is the move. Can’t recommend them enough.

Having used Packiyo for a few years now, I have witnessed its evolution firsthand, and it has been nothing short of amazing. The system is incredibly user-friendly - so much so that even a grandmother with no technical background was able to run and operate the warehouse on her own!

DAVID L IS THE MAN. I've had ton of communication issues in the past with Packiyo. I also feel like it was also because of a lot of user error and not know certain things. As so as i was introduce to David that all changed. He is very informative and knowledgeable about his program. Extremely professional and has the best follow up. I'm the founder of a DTC brand whose 3PL introduced us to Packiyo after experiencing trouble with our previous WMS' (Shipstation, Shiphero, and Finale). We finally found solace and a WMS that allows us to scale. Their support team is incredibly responsive whenever we can't figure out how to accomplish a task or whenever random bugs pop up. So much so that they've even added feature requests we as a brand have had to their roadmaps -- and executed on them! Really happy with their product so far, and happy to report that we don't have any plans to change our WMS ever again.

Packiyo has some of the best customer support of any WMS we have used, if we ever encountered a problem their responses were both quick and helpful. The software is very intuitive and easy to use, while also providing very detailed reporting to both us and our clients at any time. Packiyo has quickly become our favorite WMS software.

While being a quite new WMS, Packiyo has shown to be one of the best system we have used. It is fast and very intuitive-any person can work out the system within minutes.
Its many integrations with the biggest e-commerce platforms and freight carriers makes it very easy to onboard, and if any issues should come up-their customer service is awesome. Within a few minutes any problems occured have been solved. Nicholas and his co workers is kind and solution-oriented.

Whole team is great! Very responsive, quick to give advice/solve problems, and very friendly. Would recommend Packiyo to those looking to work with a modernized WMS for their business.
