They sold us on Packiyo but it was not what we expected. The initial call made it seem like everything was automated and simple to use.
We are pulling our hair because of the lack of flexibility and issues on this software.
The application is not user-friendly and does not fully solve many problems a 3PL would face. There are a lot of issues and constant glitches that require tech to jump in.
While we're able to jump on a call with support, it's only during our onboarding period which was made clear then only email thereafter.
Videos on their help site is outdated, so if you need to figure out something you just have to wait until your next call or will have to email them and wait for a response.
We have been using them for almost 3 months now. A bit disappointing as we had high expectations.
