Really impressed with the responsiveness and customer service experience from Pack Up Removals. The team where attentive, answering all my questions and providing a clear and detailed quote. We moved from Lingfield to Bath, and moving day, the team arrived right on time. They were well-prepared with all the necessary equipment and materials to ensure a smooth move.
What really stood out was their attention to detail. We also had them provide a packing service for us, and they carefully wrapped our fragile items, labeled each box accurately, and efficiently loaded everything onto the truck. Their team worked cohesively, displaying a high level of coordination and skill.
The move to my new home was seamless. The team took great care in unloading and placing the furniture and boxes in the respective rooms as per my instructions. I was particularly worried about a vintage side board, but they handled it with such expertise that it arrived without a scratch.
