I ordered a Scorpio Hoodie from Cali Studios in early September, and I’ve been waiting for almost 4 months now. First, there were delays, which I reluctantly accepted. On November 4th, I was told the order had been shipped, but nothing ever arrived.
The customer service is non-existent – no updates, no solutions, just silence. I’ve requested a refund because I no longer believe the product will ever arrive. This has been the most unprofessional shopping experience I’ve ever had.
I strongly advise against ordering from this store.

I ordered two bags and only got one. I had to reach out to get information on the other one. I got a refund quickly after that which was nice but I still do not know why I did not get the other bag. I would not have made the order for 15 euro shipping costs if I would have known that I would not get both products. Would have liked a refund for that as well to make up for this mistake.

I can't believe you didn't find this odd that the account is from the United States yet the shipping and billing address shows up to Poland. Zero questions asked just send it through. I hope packyard shuts down forever.

Wrong item received and no reply
I ordered the Fusion 2.0 Pigeon June Bug shoes from Kahru but when i received my package i got different shoes namely the Kahru legacy 96 Jet Black/Blarney. Wanted to return them but are not able to print a return label. In the package is a QR code but it gives a page not found error. Sofar no reply on my emails about the issue.
Update 06-12-22: Received a return label by mail, no mention when or if the correct shoes will be send. Proably need to wait to see what happens.
Update 21-12-22: Information that the shoes are not available and I get a refund. Got the refund 2 days later on my creditcard. This company does not deliver or has good customer care :(

This time it was not smooth cooperation. My order was not sent out for a week or even more so, I sent two e-mails asking about the reason of the delay. No answer, no communication. Then my order was split into two parts. The package of the first shipment was awful. No insulation, no wrapping, no nothing. All the items were loose and rattling in the big cardboard box. Yeti cup arrived with a dent and scratch. The last item (coffee grinder) arrived in mega size box loose with just a bit of brown paper. Really?? I mean is this your standard way of packing the things? There is no such a thing as customer service and communication. Sorry Packyard but you failed this time and ruined my Christmas present...

8 days after ordering a pair of sneakers at Packyard, the parcel is still not sent. In spite of 2 emails to Packyard, no tracking available from them of from UPS their carrier.
Poor customer services
Poor customer services, they don’t even respond mails. They delivered to my home address even though I asked for ups pick up point and of course nobody at home, ups tried to returned it to sender. Finally after 10 days with lots of minutes spent on the phone with ups, I could pick up my delivery. Packyard does not involved at all
Good experience
Ordering and delivery was okay. I would have liked to see less packaging used to deliver a medium sized backpack.
