I ordered motorcycle tyre
I ordered motorcycle tyre - they sent the wrong one. It took them almost two weeks to arrange pick-up from me and they did not even send notice regarding. I just received a call from the courier that he should pick something up. Without any communication they are sending me another tyre which I already don't need because I had to buy locally it after I have received the wrong one.
Customer service is super slow, also it communicates through auto translate. I would never recommend this company. Also read some other reviews in "skundziu", I think these positive reviews here are fake.

I found tires on Padangulyderis, placed order. It is pretty useful to have suggestions on local service which I choose as destination and made tire changes. I was informed via emails about order status and tracking changes.

Got wrong tire delivered, reported and after two weeks they said that i need to do new order to get the right one, paying for another tire.

Happy with what I got, but tires were delivered in pairs on different days
Ordered on 03-25, even though the courier picked them all up on the same day, I received 2 tires on 04-01, other 2 tires on 04-03.
One pair was made in 2022, other pair in 2024 - matches what the AI customer support replies when ordering (not older than 3 years). Although it would be nicer to have all four tires made on the same date, I'm happy with the price I paid ~25eur less/each than other listing for the same model and size.
Everything was smooth from vendor's side, and it most likely depends on who handles the delivery, luckily I didn't need the tires ASAP.
