Strongly recommended storage service
I left my suitcase at Paddington Luggage Storage for a few hours last week and found it to be a very smooth experience. Efficient, safe, fast, reasonably priced and friendly. And really convenient, as it only took me about 3 minutes to get there from Paddington Station. I strongly recommend it.

A Rolls-Royce Service
We stored 4 large cases here upon arrival in London - and then a second time a few days later after checking-out of our hotel. We booked online using their website and everything went very well. I feel compelled to write this review as the service they provide is very good - efficient - and budget friendly. If you're using or near Paddington Station, book with them.

Great luggage storage service today…
Used the luggage storage service today and everything went smoothly. The stuff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I booked online it was a very easy process. They even offered to help with our heavy bags without being asked. Great value half the price of the train station lockers. Would definitely use again in the future.

We used it today and the luggage deposit and retrieval process was absolutely smooth. The guys handling the process were very, helpful and super efficient. You can pre book online or just walk. Overall, very good and pleasant luggage storage experience.

I booked this on the basis that it stayed open until 8pm. On arrival I was told that they would close at 6.30pm which was no use to me. Not particularly apologetic and said they would change closing time on the website. Still says 8pm!

Your website says "open until 8pm". When we got there after booking you said you would close at 6 pm which was too early for us. Fortunately we found somewhere else nearby. However your manager denied that the website ever said 8pm. I have now taken a photo of this - yes it STILL says 8 pm!

This was the easiest, simple and time efficient easy way to arrange storage for the day. The cost was also a bonus £18 for 3 pieces of luggage and knowing that as you spend your last hours in London that all your belongings are secure and safe. Thanks again
