As a first time homebuyer, the process felt overwhelming at times, but working with Christopher Compton made all the difference. Chris was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgable, and he took the time to explain every step in detail. He was always available to answer questions and made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier with the level of service and care he provided, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a loan officer who truly goes above and beyond.

Purchasing an investment property with Billy Buford and Oren Maberry at Paddio was a 5 star experience. No one should ever go into a home-purchasing process expecting it to be easy, but having been through the process a couple times before, I can honestly say this was a comfortable experience. They kept in touch with me almost daily and using the internet and texting, I bought the house, literally without leaving my couch. I anticipate my daughter will be looking for a mortgage soon and I will direct her to Billy and Oren knowing she will be in good hands.

I cannot express how amazing Paddio, Makennon and Lynn were to my husband and I with the purchase of our first home. We had no idea what we were doing or what to expect but Makennon walked us through everything and explained everything we needed to know and do from start to finish! He was always available to answer our questions and made this process as smoothly as it could possibly go! I have no complaints and extremely satisfied with Makennon and his team. Let me start my saying that Jason Dornak from Paddio did everything he could for our loan. But Paddio as a company is awful.

They reel you in with a preapproval and tell you everything looks good then a conditional approval comes, and everything still looks good then right before you are about to close, they come up with RIDICULOUS requests. This happened to my wife and I not just once.. but TWICE! Why did I go back the 2nd time? Because I thought they would have learned from their mistakes the first time.. dumb.

I'm not dumb. I know they sell their loans as soon as you close. Our loan may not have been an easy sell for them, so they denied us.

I should have went with any other company from the beginning so we could get the home we planned to move into. I will never work with this company again and I don't recommend them. It's funny because I used to recommend them when I bought my first home, but I wouldn't recommend them to even my worst enemy. Just do not waste your time or money. Literally any other company is better.

They'll string you along after getting pre-approved. Not only that there about as clueless as a person thinking they can grow a third arm. Must make like a billion dollars i guess to go through them. Thanks for screwing me over.

Heather was great to work with. Communication was excellent and she was quick to respond to messages. We worked great as a team for this transaction. Looking forward to the next one!

I have worked with many VU/Paddio lenders and I must say that Michael has been my favorite to work with hands down. Not only is he dedicated to his clients by working off the clock, he provides quick responses which can be a major turning factor in some contracts. I would highly recommend and would absolutely work with again in the future.

I’m so happy I met Danielle! We were connected by a mutual client. Danielle was the loan officer and I was the Realtor. There was something special about Danielle the minute I spoke with her. While I was on the phone with her on a Saturday morning, I could tell she loved her job and was wanting to help our client as much as possible. She communicated with me and our client every step of the way. She was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with her again.

Kyle was amazing working with on this loan as always!! But this was extremely special! It was for my granddaughter and her fiance ❤️ Kyle works diligently on every Loan I send his way and always answers calls without hesitation (even stopping mowing) to answer questions for them!
