Quick refund

I accidentally ordered a product from Paddle, which I didn't want. I contacted them and received an immediate refund. Thank you for being so understanding.

I had canceled my subscription for Paddle and the cancelation did not go through for some reason and I was charged $74.99 the subsequent month. The company does not offer any refunds whatsoever. I did not use the service at all, which can be verified by my profile that doesn't even have a username, yet the company was more than happy to charge my card again and offer no customer support.

I purchased the Windows Unlock Go Basic package but unfortunately it didn't work for me. Because of this I used their chatbot service to request a refund. That service was quick and efficient, and I have been promised a refund will appear on my payment card in the next few days.

chat was very helpful and processed my request quickly without a bunch of fluff making things seamless and easy unlike most support chats

Disgusting experience and a verified scam. Disguised as an AI app and predatory practices on renewals. Cancelled and thy refused the refund, even Amex is struggling to support the charge back. Disgusting practice and waste of time chat bot pretends to escalate the email but nothing happens. I hate that sites like this are allowed to exist

Absolutely garbage support system, I made 2 refund requests and one of them is in my bank the other one didn't even get approved, I made the request 8 days ago and yet no news despite after I made 2 tickets, no news, no email followup no nothing. I do not recommend to use this service.

The resume was more modern, great styles and easy to read for company HR for interviews. It focused on achievements more these days, then where you worked and did 20yrs ago. Fresh graphics made it easy to cut and paste my old resume information into new target sections! **Impressive new service!!**

I needed to manage a couple different subscriptions. In each case Paddle made it simple, through the chatbot, to handle the different policies and complete the tasks quickly and painlessly.

They made the process to cancel and request a refund really easy. It was nice to be able to request this without feeling like you’re getting the third degree about why you no longer want to the service. I wish more businesses let Paddle handle their issues.

Scammers that trick you into subscription and than do not want to return the money!

I only signed up for the trial bc it stated I would receive image generation credits. After signing up chat or information me it cannot do it. I asked for a refund IMMEDIATELY and have been told no.
