STAY AWAY!!

STAY AWAY!!! This company don't reply to emails when you want to cancel a subscription and they automatically are about to charge a renewal.

It's criminal and we're going to be pursuing legal action by our company and American Express will raise a police case too

Beware Paddle.com

We were misled into some type of service that charged our account 19.99 twice. When contacting them about the charge and what was it for, their email said it was in reference to a old account of Reimage. We had not used Reimage for years and they went out of business to our understanding, as I relay this information to paddle they say we bought something called VAT, of which we never heard of. Finally another representative said it was for chatbot and we had a confirmation number, which we did not. We believe this is some type of scam that they can get information from debunk companies. If we wanted chatgpt we would go directly thru them not a 3rd party. So,its not a service we used, and they refuse to give a refund. Just want to warn people of this type of scam and be very careful if you see anything come up that says paddle.com

Unfair Account Closure and Seized Funds - Avoid at all costs!

I am extremely disappointed with Paddle. They initially verified my account and allowed me to use their services without any issues. However, as soon as my balance reached around $300, they suddenly closed my account citing "Terms of Service" violations without providing any specific reason or evidence.

To make matters worse, they placed a 60-day hold on my funds. All the APIs and systems I spent weeks integrating are now useless. They wait until you start making money to shut you down. Save your time, your money, and your nerves. Stay away from this platform!

Account Closed Without Clear Reason – Funds Held for 60 Days

I started using Paddle’s payment infrastructure approximately two weeks ago and successfully processed payments from my customers during this period. However, today I received an email stating that my account has been closed and that my funds will be held for 60 days.

What I find concerning is the lack of transparency. The explanation provided was generic, stating that my account allegedly violated their policies, yet no specific details were shared. Since the day I registered, I have not made any changes to my business model or the products I offer.

If my business was indeed not compliant with Paddle’s policies, I do not understand why my account was approved in the first place and why I was allowed to process payments.

I believe this situation is unfair and highly disruptive to my business operations. I kindly request a clear and detailed explanation regarding this decision. Additionally, I expect my funds to be released as soon as possible and my personal data to be fully removed from Paddle’s systems.

I hope Paddle can handle this matter more transparently and professionally moving forward.
