Excellent customer service attention to detail - the products are of quality workmanship and ship very fast even around the world to NZ! Love that the bears T shirt can be printed with our family ancestry surname, but the only disappointment is that our Irish name on mum's side of our family "MacLin" did not appear on the website, even though I have seen the name at our Irish store at the mall!! I have bought 10 bears for our family and was so happy to find Paddy Pals as they are PERFECT!!!

It was delivered in a timely manner and made a perfect gift. The quality was good and the family crest was accurate

I wanted to buy something a little different from home for a friend from overseas for thier 1st granddaughter and googled bears this is where I found paddy pals omg I'm so glad I did. Ordered molly and when she arrived I opened the box and fell in love with the bear, dressed fully including pants she also packaged beautifully, and had a lucky irish penny along with her certificate which was a lovely touch. I have to give this bear up but will be buying myself one when I get home. Paddypals thankyou for providing me with a beautiful bear 🐻 😍

Finn the fisherman is the cutest teddy. The certificate is a sweet touch. Travelled safely to Canada to his new home where Finnan can get infinite cuddles from the motherland.

She took her sweet time to arrive, as there was a slight issue with shipping, but Paddy Pals were highly responsive and they fixed the issue within a few days and there she was on my doorstep, looking pretty as ever!

These are a fantastic product and each comes it's own certificate of authenticity, and are a well made product of Northern Ireland each bear tells its own story plus you can get your own named coat of arms my partner has 7vin total and will be kept at a hight out of reach of grandchildren these are for display only. The bears were bought for my niece and nephew in Spain for St Patrick's day. They were better than expected. Lizzie the Irish dancer and Cíaran the baby bear were beautifully dressed and exactly as described.
Delivery was good. They arrived a few days after order was placed.

I gave this as a gift. My grandson liked it. It arrived in time. so I was happy.

The bears are beautifully made and dressed so well. The scroll with history of the Kelly name is a lovely touch.
Gary in the warehouse was very helpful when I rang. He arranged for 2 Boru Bears to be sent direct 'c/o Grandma's House' for my 2 great nieces in Yorkshire, and even put a note in for the girls from me.
The bears are adorable and the girls love them.
