I have ordered a pair of shoes. Never delivered, tracking info says delivered, but with a picture of some door and a package, certainly not my door. Trying to get some clarity from them but no response for 2 weeks now. It is probably not a serious company.

I ordered via padel point website , yet claim its not there order number after a month I haven't received anything no assistance via email , when I rang in the claim it isn't there order number and no assistance further, don't use them they cannot be trusted
Ordered 6 items, recieved 5 and have been refunded for the missing item. The email for costumer service does not work and tracking information was not available before the day it was delivered. No return form enclosed.

More than 10 days since my order and I have no clue of the shipment. I sent emails but their customers service are not responding. All what I received is automated email saying that they have a high volume of emails and they will take time to respond (really a joke!!).
15 days and I still don’t have my order :(. Great price on some shoes for padel, but the delivery charge was close to the cost of the shoes. Not inclined to shop here in the future unless something improves. Schade!
