Absolutely amazing service from Padel…

Absolutely amazing service from Padel Racket, especially Rafa and Borja. Everything was perfect from start to finish.

The safety strap on my racket arrived damaged, and they only needed 3 days to send me a brand new replacement. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the customer service and how quickly they solved the issue.

Thank you so much guys, really appreciated!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE:((

4 weeks ago I ordered Padel racket. I ordered t Thailand but it was delivered to France:)) that's what DHL said:)) Customer service from Padel Market answered once but now without communication. They don't comunicate, they didn't send me money back and I didn't receive racket:((( guys be careful with this company. Very bad experience. Never ever again.

Nothing received

Honestly I'd avoid, and I regret not reading the reviews before ordering. I placed my order over a month ago and paid express delivery. I have not heard anything back from them regarding my order, even after emailing and messaging through the chat system on their website. Even still I get generic emails from the site. Really disappointing as I was excited to gift this padel racket and would rather receive the item instead of having to go through a whole other process. That being said, I have had to file a dispute with my bank and will hopefully have a result regardless.

Scam and Fraud of a website

I placed an order on 20th Dec and sale was confirmed. 5 days later, there were still no updates about shipping or tracking number and no reply after I emailed them.
Now, two weeks later, with another email sent to them. There’s still no reply and my order is still “waiting for fulfilment” when I enquired through their online chat. Terrible service and a total scam out of my $502. Will be complaining to my bank for the fraudulent transaction and scam.

Ordered a padel racket 3 weeks ago

Ordered a padel racket 3 weeks ago. The website was and is still showing item in stock.

I wish I came and read the reviews here first before ordering as I'm having the exact same issues.

Sent emails, tried calling the mobile number and nothing. No updates and order not shipped. 3 weeks is beyond acceptable.

I will be calling my bank doing a charge back on my CC as the owner doesn't know how to run a business and at this stage seems like a scam.

Edit: they eventually sent me a tracking number and padel arrived

Never respond - 2nd order

Second time ordering from them, first time for a racket went reasonably smoothly.
They never answered my emails or concerns when asking for updates, but after a 15 day wait, the item was finally delivered.

Now waiting on my second order from them (a padel bag), we are 14 days in, again no update from them despite sending 3 emails, 2 contact us forms, and calling the number they have on their website after an order is placed (0420639654)... still no response.
Borja Reguillo the alleged founder and CEO is running a terrible service and seems to have no idea what he is doing or how to engage with his customers.

I will not be using again, I'd rather pay more to a legitimate established business who will have the courtesy to respond to me when i request for updates on my purchases.

Edit - Decides to respond after this review was posted, only to inform me to wait longer.
Response came ~13 days after initial message, ~7 days after follow up message,

Personal service

After placing an order I was personally contacted due to my racket being unavailable. This personal service worked in my favour as I was then offered a great price on a racquet that was more suitable. A game changer.

I purchased a racket from their sale

I purchased a racket from their sale. It was a current model around 33% off with a further 5% off for signing up to emails. I was a little apprehensive as it was very good value and I've been burnt before by small providers not honouring sales. I used them in preference to a large overseas supplier. The sale was confirmed but there was no change in status for the delivery for 5 working days. Upon contacting them I was told the racket was out of stock and was offered another random racket. I asked for the original order or a refund daily for the next few days (as they are contactable 7 day a week) and a refund came through 4 days later - so not too bad - however would never use again.

Expect to be ghosted - AVOID!!

AVOID!!! This company also advertises in NZ as "Padel Racket New Zealand" despite being based in Australia - charging international delivery fees and little protection from NZ consumer law. When my racket arrived after 10 days (not 3 to 5 as stated on their website), it was a completely different racket than what I had ordered. Several emails to their Customer Care line received no response, no acknowledgement. I tried messaging through their websites instant chat and received a brief reply saying they would send a courier label to return but they sent nothing and ghosted all further attempts at contact. After almost 3 weeks, I filed a complaint with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and emailed this to the company. They finally responded saying they had been busy, but would send a courier label to return the racket. After further chasing I finally received the label, and 5 weeks after the purchase I received my refund. It took prolonged attempts on my part and filing a formal complaint with the Australian Consumer agency to rectify their error and get my money back. This company shows no interest in customer service once they have your money, so if things go wrong, expect radio silence – Absolutely terrible.

Customer service really awful

Customer service really awful. My order have been stagnant for 2 weeks, the status have always been "waiting fulfillment", I don't even know what that means, is it being packed, is it being shipped or what? I've messaged, e-mailed them multiple times but receive zero answer. The local number shown in the website go through local agent, who's clueless about my order. Just avoid this shop at all cost, find another shop with better accountability, and customer service

Shocking customer service

Customer service at this place is beyond disgusting. I paid for a padel racquet, then a few days later I was sent a refund without any explanation. After contacting them many times through the website and by email I am yet to have any sort of response. Putrid way to treat potential customers.
