Excellent prompt advice and a quick resolution

I work with adult English language learners and Padlet offers sooo much for us. Recently, we used a weekly board for verbal responses to a question posed by me or a student. Using the audio function was so easy.And responses could be public (verbal) or private (written).

I upgraded to a paid subscription for 6 months to give our class more options with more boards. We used it for writing practice, listening practice with graphics, and other challenging options. Once I finished the class it was super easy to drop the upgrade.

Staff at Padlet are kind, efficient, and supportive. Ask yourself- How can I use this amazing resource?

I am very disappointed with Padlet. The issue is not with the program itself, but with their customer service and complete lack of response. My university contacted them with questions about their policy so it could be approved for campus use, but they never replied. I also requested to cancel my subscription and they have not responded to me either. Very poor customer service.

Prompt and helpful support. They answered my questions and pointed me in the right direction. They also offered extra steps of support when needed even though I accidentally figured out an issue.

I ADORE Padlet but recently had a hiccup with billing. Aly jumped right in, fixed the issue, was sweet and speedy! Even more reason to promote this exceptional tool and the support that is offered!

I’ve been using Padlet since the pandemic, when I needed to start teaching online — and it completely transformed how I organize and share lessons.

With Padlet, I can create interactive boards, organize content into categories (like grammar, pronunciation, reading, and presentations), and give my students a central place to find everything they need.

It's visual, dynamic, and adaptable to all learning levels. I especially love how I can upload documents, link activities, and add audio or images — all in one place!

In the (relatively rare) event something goes wrong, Customer Support is always quick to respond and very thorough. Always a good experience.

My organisation (health and education) has been using Padlet for a number of years as a platform where our teachers communicate with students. This is a convenient way of sharing files, instructions, manuals, posts, reflections, etc. Students also can comment and post their own stuff.

Back to my years of experience using this AMAZING Platform for the pedagogical purposes at College Level, I just say: You are the ONE with NO other rivals!
