Very dissapointing experience to say…
Very dissapointing experience to say the least. The watch sent to me yesterday did not work . I have opened a complaint with PayPal . Very unhappy customer Update on this review .
Despite numerous attempts to come to an arrangement with Pagani where I offered too return the watch back for a replacement or a refund Pagani ignored my attempts .
At the finish up PayPal found the dispute in my favour and refunded me the full £118.
The whole experience has put me off of buying anything through Facebook advertising.
I respect people have good experiences with this company however mine was very Disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone unless you want to wait for nearly 2 months to receive a product that doesn’t work . I still have the watch which is no good to man nor beast . Be careful with your money and if your purchasing do it through PayPal who have been excellent .
Despite the response from Pagani my review stands . The dispute with whoever was found in my favour and it still doesn’t not change that the watch from “Pigani” does not work and I can 100% show the watch and that PayPal paid out .
Be careful buying from
Pigani as mine is not the only negative experience…
