Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service. I received a damaged/ faulty watch and have been trying to get a refund or replacement for weeks. Emails are unanswered and I am currently £139.00 out of pocket ! If I could give zero start would. Pagani Design need to seriously up their game. Cannot recommend.

Customer service is probably ai, and not connected to anyone who can actually do anything.
If you need to cancel or return your order, they will drag their feet on purpose to make sure nothing gets cancelled or returned. Get ready for the run around with these scam artists!
Even if you cancel within the same 24 hour period, I’d be willing to bet nothing gets done about it. Good luck, and Godspeed!

PD-1639 Lume Quality
Most of PD-1639 features are great
There’s one exception: the lume used on markers and hands is subpar with very low glow making the PD-1639 difficult to read in low light/darkness
