Terrible customer service and…
Terrible customer service and after-sales support: immediately after purchasing, I requested an upgrade with the NH34 movement (obviously paying the difference), but no one responded for at least 6 days. Clearly too late! The watch was shipped, the one with the wrong movement arrived at my house, and I immediately asked to return it. Another week has passed, and my return request is still "under review."

The watch was not delivered, although the address was perfectly accurate, and I was at home to receive the paquet. I contacted the local distributor in Spain. They promised to send the watch to me again, but failed to de so. Therefore I am unhappy.
