The ladys were very helpful at the lakeside Doncaster thanks I bought five lightsfitings

To conclude what has been a dreadful customer service saga. After purchasing multiple light fittings from Lakeside Outlet Store. Spending over £600.00
Staff in store all very good and extremely helpful.
The same cannot be said of senior management of Pagazzi Lighting.
Due to one light having what the manager claims to be cosmetic damage we are unable to return the light as we have adjusted the connection fittings. They would be unable to sell on. Why.........would you attempt to sell a damaged light to another unsuspecting customer.
The company as a sign if goodwill offered a 20% discount. This equates to £31.00. To access this very disappointing offer of goodwill means we have to drive over 200 miles to return to the Outlet store.
Needless to say my opinion of this company does not get any better. For any customer using this company please check your light fittings before purchase and leaving the store, this means unpacking and fully inspecting the fittings prior to purchase. Something most of us possibly would not consider doing.
Unless you live near the store you arw visiting. Unfortunately for us not an option available.
I trusted purchasing from a lighting retailer I thought were offering good quality fittings.
Needless to say I am now left with a light fitting which is not worth what was paid.

Bought two bedside touch lamps from the Doncaster Lakeside store. When we got them home one had an uneven base so wouldn’t stand straight. Took it back following day and item was replaced immediately. No fuss no problems. Warranty on light bulbs purchased too. Excellent service.

Doncaster store was open on New Year's day so we took a look in. Bought from there in the past and again, got what we were looking for (plus more) at a great price. Staff very helpful and kept our purchases until we'd finished doing other shopping at the Lakeside retail park.

I purchased a lamp in the sale from the outlet store in Doncaster. Needed to return it as it just didn’t suit our room.
Was told I could only have a credit note as it was in the sale even though it was taken back a couple of days after purchase. Wish we had been made aware of that when buying as may of thought twice before buying.
Also told we can’t even use the voucher online, has to be in the outlet store despite the same light been sold on their online shop

Fantastic customer service from the lady at Lakeside Doncaster. Nothing was too much trouble! Our light us beautiful.

Very friendly and helpful staff who gave us good advice. Very competitive prices and a great product variety. Would definitely recommend!

My sister and I went to the Lakeside store in Doncaster. My sister bought several large items that need two trips to the car. The lady that served us (Laura) also helped us take the purchases to the car. She couldn’t have been more helpful and nicer. She is a credit to the company. Thank you Laura.

The service was fabulous and the light shades look great the one I had delivered was on time and packaged very well

Having bought the table lamp in store we then decided on the matching floor lamp.
Very easy to order. Quick delivery.

Quick and efficient service. Very pleased with the quality of the products ordered. Excellent website although the product photo’s could be better and offer better context eg room view.
Otherwise, overall very happy and highly recommend.

I wanted 2 lights but there was only 1 in stock-the staff at Doncaster couldn’t have been more helpful-they ordered another 1 for me to be delivered at home & tried different bulbs in it to see which looked best. Lovely girls!

We originally tried to buy the Zana lamp in the shop at Doncaster Lakeside, where the service was abysmal. I was able to secure it through the website where the service was excellent.
