Love the lamps and lights but bulbs are overpriced and don’t last long

Very friendly and helpful staff. No problem exchanging my lamp.

No one ever got in touch. The response from them is ONLY because this is on trust pilot. Shocking company!

Bought a light and was recommended bulbs which I also bought from them. Got my light fitted by an electrician and then the next day once I had added the 3 shades, one light didn’t work. Contacted pagazzi and after some back and forth, was told I could return
And would be issued a 25% refund for the cost of having to get an electrician 3 times (up, down, up again). Went to the uddingston store and the girl says she tested it and it was fine. Not only was I not having the light exchanged or any refund. She said my electrician had made the error. I said how can this be when one cable feeds the 3 lights, she said it was. I said I would rather exchange it as I wasn’t convinced and she said no she couldn’t as it has now been used! It was up 3 days. I had it refitted and then when the electrician left, I refitted the shades. One light didn’t work. I took a video to show it was not the bulbs and that when the shades were fitted, it was the problem. I had it taken back down. In the meantime emailing pagazzi. The area manager, who would not speak to me, just sporadically emailed. Said it was probably the bulbs, they were the wrong ones! What the ones I was recommended by the store, at £9 each, that says on the box are the right ones and 3 store members saw during my correspondence and visit to store, but no one said anything! This was now 6’weeks on and I was getting this. Eventually, after many correspondence with Stephen area manager who refused to speak to me, I was told to return to the store and they would change the light and bulbs and give me a £10 refund. What about the 25% I was offered for 3 electrical visits and now I had 5!!!! Nope I was told it was revoked. When I asked why, I got a total BS answer, I had originally had 15% off when I bought the light (this was off all products that weekend) and he wasn’t aware, not true I had the original receipt attached from the very first correspondence. When I said this I was absolutely ignored. I kept asking for a response but was always ignored. Eventually I went to the store to change as I realised I was dealing with a terrible
Company and substandard products. And they basically didn’t care. They had my £260 for my 2 lights (I had a single light and triple light) so had the cash and didn’t care. Went to the uddingston store. This guy, the store manager was so ignorant. Said he was doing me a favour and said he knew nothing about any £10 refund and said the light would not be broken. When I tried to show him the video he would not look and completely ignored me. When I said indeed he wasn’t doing me a favour I had faulty goods and why was he ignoring me, he said, no wonder I’m ignoring you. I had had enough by now. This was like a joke to be treated like this over and over by each member of staff.

Long story short, substandard products, zero after care, totally ignorant staff and treat you like a piece of dirt on their show. Never in my 52 years have I had such a catalogue of disasters and been treated so badly over and over. DO NOT BUY FROM PAGAZZI. Terrible company

Both Charlie and Yvonne, from the Uddingston store went above and beyond to ensure I collected the items I had purchased, even though they closed five or so minutes before I arrived to pick the items up. They didn't know, but I had a really emotional couple of days for various reasons, yet they still waited. I thought the shop closed at 8pm. One of the girls knew we were going to another store before we picked the items up and she was going to drive down to that store to let us know the shop was now closed and I would have to pick the items up tomorrow. The kindness that they showed me was second to none. They deserve to be recognised for going above and beyond for me. Well done ladies, and thank you for your help, your understanding, and your kindness. You both made a really stressed and emotional woman's day. Thank you.

Staff very helpful did not rush me and explained best way to fit the uplight but alas did not have the table light phoned Braehead who had 1 my daughter went next day to collect.

Due to opening hrs (or lack of them) and location - they have refused to refund my faulty lamp as I am out with 30days. Very poor customer service, perhaps lending to so many stores closing ? I certainly won’t return

Lots of lovely lights and a super variety of choices, some at a “lovely” price, but absolutely delighted with all our purchases. One massive disappointment, they didn’t have the bulb that was on display with one of the fittings we bought and was told they wouldn’t be coming back in, why have that bulb on display then!!!!!!!!! 😡

The member of staff was so helpful and patient during my visit nothing was too much bother. He put 3 different bulbs in same lamps to show the different effect for room . He found a matching shade for a base I already had . Explained fully the exchange refund policy . Never made me feel rushed or under pressure to buy .

Had to return purchase as wasn’t aware assembly was required - circa 60 pieces to be installed. Wasn’t allowed money back as purchased in sale. We weren’t told no refunds re sale items at time of purchase. Would not have purchased if had been made aware of self assembly and no refund.
