I want to update my previous review after PagePilot reached out to me and completely turned my experience around. Their support team took the time to walk me through the entire process of linking my products properly and explained everything clearly during a call. They were patient, helpful, and assured me that they’d be available anytime I need assistance in the future.

They also refunded my money and even offered great incentives to make up for the earlier inconvenience. I truly appreciate how they handled things and took responsibility for improving my experience. Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds makes all the difference and PagePilot proved they genuinely care about their customers.

They're very cool. The service helps you create a product page in a few minutes. The pages are excellent. It saves a huge amount of time, effort, and energy. For any query, you can chat on the website. They answer very quickly and to the point. You can also contact them by email and even have a conference with them if you are having trouble with something.
In addition, the video tutorials on creating and setting up a website on Shopify helped me a lot.
They have now launched a free dropshipping course. Thank you guys so much.

I've been using PagePilot.ai for quite a while now, and it has been a game-changer for me. It helps me quickly build beautiful, high-converting stores without spending unnecessary time on things I'm honestly not great at.

To be honest, store design and tech stuff aren’t really my strengths — but PagePilot.ai has made it so much easier. It’s saved me a ton of time that I can now focus on running and growing my business.

I’ve also recently started using their new AI image generation feature, and it’s been incredibly helpful. It makes creating visuals for my store and ads so much faster and more efficient.

Their support team is also fantastic. Every time I’ve run into an issue, they’ve been responsive, helpful, and truly care about solving the problem.

It’s a very useful tool that saves time and makes your pages look beautiful and professional. Also great customer service.

Page pilot as a website does a really great job with sorting out your product page and giving you some great ideas for copywriting. It can however make your website look gimmicky. I’ve made a list below on the good, the bad and what it could do to improve (not the ugly.)

The good:
Easy to plug in
Great video tutorials
Very easy to get better copywriting then doing it yourself for the first time.
Nice theme sections
Fairly priced for what you get
Okay for mid ticket items

The bad
Too many buttons - they add this scroll to top button which makes the page feel gimmicky.
A weird additional padding - on all themes I’ve attempted to import the page to it has a weird padding above the announcement bar.
Sometimes when using it, the load time can be a bit longer.
Non cohesive - when looking at the organisation of the page its not sales focused as the sections pre-laid out are not focused on a sales funnel strategy.

Improve on:
Have a sale option if the person making the store wants a traditional, long form or mini store (this can help have a improved ROI)
Remove the emojis and have some icon with text.
price and title in the same row.
Lazy load images.
Above the fold needs to be focused on more.
Show mobile previews.

If you are starting out this doesn’t help you make sales instantly but gives you some clarity how to write a compelling product page.

If you are testing it for a new store and have experience having other successful websites don’t use this.

Ive used the page pilot app for over a year now and I find their product page templates really fast and easy to use . They look great and convert well. App Sets up in no time .. pulls in reviews and images . Much faster than adding products to your store manually. The support staff .. Meg & Jess are really helpful and reply quickly. They’ll get you sorted out fast if you need help . I totally recommend page pilot if you are looking to speed up your product testing and bulking out your store with new products quickly.

PagePilot is one of the best tools I've used so far. Customer support was very helpful although getting the response from the chat took a while, that's why I only gave 4 stars, otherwise I'm fully satisfied.

PagePilot.ai is a great tool for organizing web pages and notes. The interface is clean and easy to use, and it’s helped me stay productive. Highly recommend for anyone who needs to manage online research or projects efficiently!

Paying $60/mo and the team is NEVER available. They always have a message displaying "team will be back in less than 1 hour" and after hours I am still waiting to hear back while I can't use their software.

Really bad customer experience. Product is oki-sh but very basic. No customisations allowed. If there was a better alternative I would switch immediately.
