Jess made my experience a great one I had a billing issue and she solved it quickly. I have been with Pilot since they were in the Beta testing phase and I love page pilot it makes building my landing pages a lot easier and quicker. I recommend there services with 5 stars added on top!

My 1 week perception

First of all, I want to highlight the professionalism and attention of the support area. Jess was very kind and the speed was incredible. Regarding the PagePilo.ai tool. Oh, I'm very happy. It has saved me hours of work and testing. Of course, and that's why I didn't give 5 stars, there are some items that in my humble perception would need to have, for example: - integration with DSERS it´s must have (In my opinion), and a possibility of doing a first setup in page components, such as adjustment of images, number of images and also components such as icons, etc. They would be good, it is not essential.

3 days free and lose your money

I went in to see the system and unfortunately it is not compatible with the theme of my store, after speaking several times with support, it is not compatible. However, my experience with the pilot was horrible. After the 3 free days in which I was still talking to support, the system automatically generated a paid subscription for a product that I was still trying to understand and resolving issues with support. And during that time I found out from Jess that they would be charging me a message for an incomplete product that was incompatible with my store, they didn't even give me the option to choose after 3 days, this is absolutely unacceptable. I even received an email saying that it is company policy. Where in the world we live in, do we have to look at the cancellation policy for a product that you are still testing and have not accepted any form of payment or monthly fee, annual fee whatsoever. At no point did I receive an email or a warning on my computer screen that the trial had ended and that if I wanted to continue from that moment on, I would need to make my choice of subscription, whether monthly or annually. This was the worst experience I've had with something online that wants to force me to pay for something that I didn't accept. Anyway, I hope you analyze this type of approach to the customer, because if tomorrow I decide to change the theme of my store I would never choose your terrible service. Thank you for the stress caused completely unnecessarily.

First, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the automatic subscription renewal. This is something we're not in control of, and as stated on our website, you have the 3-day trial to test all our features and you can simply cancel it anytime from your customer account if you navigate to Plans & Billing. Our intention is never to force customers into a subscription they do not want. As per our policy, subscriptions automatically renew after the free trial unless canceled by the customer, but we understand this wasn't communicated clearly enough in your case.

To address your concerns directly:

**Compatibility Issues**: We understand that the system was not compatible with your theme. Unfortunately, while we do our best to support as many themes as possible, there are some limitations with outdated Shopify themes. We always try to expand our compatibility and add new themes, but some of them lack the capability of adding new sections.

**Subscription Charges**: It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the transition from the free trial to the paid subscription. We can send an email 24 hours before charging you so that you're aware that your trial period will end soon. That's a really good suggestion, by the way.

**Refund**: Jess has already processed a 90% refund for you. We understand that you were testing the product and you were not able to fully use it due to compatibility issues. I will ensure that our billing team processes the maximum possible refund for the inconvenience caused and cancels any further charges immediately.

Moving forward, we will enhance our communication about trial periods and auto-renewal to prevent such issues from recurring. We would also like to invite you to try our service again in the future if you consider changing your theme to one that's already integrated with us (we have over 90 themes integrated).

I would like a refund of a subscription…

I would like a refund of a subscription that has taken money from my account but I didn't want to willingly pay and it is under 14 days so apparently I should still be able to get my refund as it has happened today.

Top Notch Customer Service

I love the ease of creating copy for my products. This gives me more time to concentrate on creating products for my shop which at times is mentally draining. Popping the product into Page Pilot and getting a great creative to post in minutes gives me time to recharge. What I really love about Page Pilot is their customer service. All my questions have been answered quickly and with information that solves the problem. This quality of customer service is sorely lacking in many of today's companies.
