Used Pagh Vala recently to tie 2 paghs for my daughters wedding. Firstly, very poor communication throughout. They then turned up late on the day, and without the pagh material, which significantly delayed the wedding. And then finally, to add insult to injury, they requested an additional £50.00 (above the agreed price) and made a huge scene in the house before our wedding guests. I had no option but to pay. I will never use them again nor would I recommend anyone using them.

Excellent service from paghwala. My pagh looked absolutely amazing on the day, came on time and tied it very quick. Would 100 percent recommend them to anyone looking to get a pagh tied for the wedding. Special recommendation to Barinder who tied my pagh on the day.

I had the full service from PhagVala including Sherwani and Phag tying.

From the first meeting Jags and Barinder were both great they tailored the sherwani to my needs changing the base colours and design of the embroidery. Having spoken to many other shops on southall broadway and in Birmingham and Leicester I can honestly say these guys went above and beyond.

Jags and Barinder have been trained on Saville row so the tailoring is really on point.

They made themselves available all the time and accommodated all requested changes offered different colours of Phag at the last minute.

Jags tied a great Phag on the day and having him there on the day also gives you piece of mind if anything should go wrong with the sherwani. They also work with photographers to make sure you get some great shots of the getting ready element if the day.

Highly recommend to book with the PhagVala guys getting your sherwani and Phag tied by in an all in one service is very rare and honestly reduces a lot of stress especially when you know you have Jags and Barinder at the end of the phone.

Exceptional service from Pagh Vala, as always. True to time and did the pagh exactly the way we wanted. Friendly staff and good customer service. They did the pagh for my wedding and my brother’s without any trials as I knew I could trust their years of experience. I also bought the pagh material from them which was high quality and exactly the colour I wanted. Would highly recommend!

What can I say? Jags and B, thank you both so much for all your help with everything! From helping me choose my wedding sherwani to supplying me with the pagh material for me to tie on my wedding day! Even with the little hiccups in the sizing, the guys got onto it straight away to make sure I looked like a king on my wedding day. Everyone loved my outfit and I felt so comfortable and confident wearing it - can’t wait to share some pics with the team! Well what can i say world class service u provide !!! We have had non stop amazing comments about how prestigious the groom looked on the day his pagh was epic. All those doubts he had disappeared the pagh was worn allllllll day!! From the Gurdwara sikh ceremony into the Gujarati events .. 🥰💕😉 you guys smashed it. From trial to the day! Really good service. They had a few bookings that day so we weren't able to capture the pagh tying for the wedding video unfortunately, but appreciate it was also a long journey. The service was impeccable, the pagh looked fantastic, my dad also had his tied and we both received a lot of compliments of how smart they looked. I would highly recommend them and give them a 5 star rating

The pagh wala team is amazing for so many reasons, here are just a few:
- Sims tied my pagh (groom) + 6 grooms men: made me look like a maharaja and the groomsmen looked gorgeous, lasting the whole day!
- Reply quickly to any questions I asked. Always approachable and are honest.
- Helped to choose the best pagh colour to suit my wedding shirwani + colours for the groomsmen paghs
- Willing to travel internationally for my wedding
- Had to change who was going to tie the pagh on one days notice after a covid ping, did this with no fuss or trouble.
