Brilliant support. Second time coming back to David after our first 2 year mortgage was up. Great, personable service and started us early enough to get us a great deal. Managed a tricky additional cash-out refinance this time round. Would highly recommend

David was fantastic from the moment I picked up the phone. By far the most transparent adviser I have come across and I could not recommend more highly.

David and team were amazing at guiding me through each step of the process. The level of care and detail was immaculate and response times were extremely quick. David went above expectations of finding me the best deal. I have used David for both my house moves and it was the best decision I’ve made.

David was brilliant in helping us last minute to try and secure a better mortgage offer. He worked late into the night to make this happen and although it didn’t quite work out, his attentiveness was fantastic. I will certainly be using Pagoda Mortgages in the future.

As a first time buyer, we didn't have a clue what we needed to do to buy our first house. David made it really simple to understand and talked us through all of the options to get us our mortgage offer! David Goodman has been an absolute gem in the midst of what has been an extremely turbulent time for the housing market. Normally you can't get a mortgage on a new build house with just a 10% deposit but not only was David able to achieve this he was able to get us the cheapest rate available on the market for a mortgage of our size. And it gets better: while we were waiting for the build to complete David was able to move us over to even cheaper interest rates when they became available. We feel extremely lucky that we found David when we did and recommend him to future home buyers! Get him while he's still available!!

David was found very helpful and dynamic in suggestions to get the most suitable mortgage approved in highly unpredectable market condition where short term government had created turmoil.
