Surprisingly legitimate site to earn money
I was amazed that the site appeared to be legitimate but as with anyone who has been online for more than a week I was skeptical at least until the first payment came in. The primary difficulty I have had and really the only two difficultys is that there is no uniform way in which surveys ask your employment status and they often forget to include a "disabled cant work" option. the second is that there are several surveys at any given time with video or audio components with no subtitles nor a written background so if you are like me and nearly deaf this is just a warning to you to expect difficulties with some surveys

There are better options….
There are (better) paid survey sites that pay out with a (lower threshold) $5 and and with more and easier surveys that don’t “freeze up” as often wasting your time.

Not paying out on completed surveys
The last three surveys I've completed i have not been paid. They have a feeble excuse.( Pay out is $15.00).
I am on $14.38 now. My last five surveys were disqualified.
( Once I wrote to Trust Pilot, all of a sudden,I got paid for one survey.Also I cash out $ 15.08, this took me 6 months to accumulate.Recieved 09/04 /2026..Now I have closed my account.Will never use Paid to read emails again).Good luck to other clients.[ Date of experience 09/04/2026] Can't change the date

Sometimes surveys screen out users. Please try next ones or get back on the next day.
[Update] Survey companies do the crediting for surveys, reversals, disqualifications, etc, so if you were paid for the survey or screened out, it has nothing to do with us or your writing to TrustPilot.
Earnings depend on activity, country of residence, etc. Some users cash out in several hours, some in several month.
