Email from trustpilot
On February 10 2025 I received an email from trustpilot stating that Paidpex is asking for more details to better understand my experience and recognize my review as genuine. I immediately uploaded the information to Paidpex yet today I received another email from trustpilot reminding me that I must upload the information to Paidpex or my review might be taken down. Paidpex already have my email and my telephone numbers so if they really wanted to contact me to better understand my experience they would. Let me see if trustpilot is going to take down my reviews so that these criminals can continue to defraud the public.
Unfair Challenge, impossible payout
I've dealt with a couple of prop firms, and this is byfar the sneakiest, and their rules and the challenge itself is kind of ridiculous, and their claims "fastest payout" "payout within 18 hours" "trade first pay later" straight on lies, so the challenge is actually two parts the one you win before you pay, and another one after you win the funded account, and then their payout policies which is unfair compared to other firms, you can't take more than 5000$ per month, with 10 days apart. You can't withdraw the second 8% which is supposedly yours. Not to mention their unresponsive support teams .PS I made 22000$ in total I can only withdraw 4000$ of these and still I can't withdraw anything, and they have this 30% rule I made around 12K in profit so i cant withdraw anything because 10k came of 1 trading day, so i have to make 34k to withdraw 2k
long story short just go to breakout.
Don't get involved with Paidpex
I got introduced to Paidpex by an Instagram ad, a trader offers to pass your challenge for you, based on Paidpex's "pass then pay" challenge. Well, I was intrigued. So in just a few hours, this "trader" gained $8100! in the challenge account. Wow...that's amazing but also completely unrealistic. So I looked at the trades they did for me...and astoundingly, it was done with a SINGLE trade in BTC. Now that's something. In 1 trade, they gained $8100. Well, looking further into it, they went short on BTC, and exited 10-seconds later with a price difference of just $575...now if you know anything about BTC at $104,000 price, it certainly can move $500 in 10 seconds. But $575 move in BTC that yields a $8100 profit means you are using MASSIVE leverage of 14x. No professional trader would use that leverage on such a volatile instrument. If BTC had flicked the other way, a mere $238, the account drawdown rule would've been violated ($4000 drawdown on 100k account), and I would've failed the challenge in 10-seconds. So my guess is they actually did not trade this account for me...instead they manufactured the trade...it's fictitious...and I caught them red-handed. Needless to say, I did not purchase their challenge activation. And reading the genuine 1-star reviews here has proven to me that this company is a scam. Do a google map search on their company address, it's completely dodgy.
A TOTAL SCAM!!
A TOTAL SCAM!!! GUYS STAY AWAY FROM THE BROKER. All reviews they have are fake. BE ALERT FROM THIS SCAM.
Buyer Beware... they look great until you ask for a good payout
They demanded I remove my review that i posted last week and promised to contact me yesterday Jan 23 2025 to resolve the issue and pay the profits I earned. I upheld my end of the deal and removed the review, expecting them to follow through on their promise. However, they failed to deliver as agreed and never heard from them at all. Therefore, my review is back up to warn others about this company. They consistently find excuses not to pay profits earned, making it clear that they cannot be trusted. I urge others to avoid using their services, as they do not honor payouts as they should. they also would ban you from their discord the moment you start asking about the payouts.
A complete scam company. I traded with them and made profits, but when it came time for a payout, they gave me a baseless excuse not to pay and then banned me from their Discord server while ignoring my emails. If you're considering trading, avoid this company entirely—they are clearly scammers. I hope they go out of business soon. While I received my first payout of $500 without issue, when I requested a second payout of $2,000, they claimed I didn’t trade from the same IP and refused to pay—a completely fabricated excuse.
Great customer service
Great customer service. I would say, only good for experienced crypto traders. The XAU/USD is incredibly choppy to the point of needing another chart. Monster leverage but no previews of what your SL or TP will be. Pretty relaxed rules. News allowed. I blew my account because I had no idea How much my stop loss amount was and it breached. I never made it to a payout or understood how the process even works. I might try again.
Scam
I will not quote a big paragraph here, they are complete scam And all the reviews here you can see are either fake or paid.

Warning: PaidPex Prop Firm – A Complete Scam
I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with PaidPex, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. I purchased a 100k account and passed the challenge with flying colors. Once I hit 126k, I requested a payout, fully compliant with their rules and expectations. To my surprise, their support team approved the account and told me to wait for a response from their finance team.
However, shortly after requesting the payout, I was suddenly removed from their Discord—an odd response, to say the least, especially when I was simply following the correct process. After sending at least ten emails over the course of a week, I finally received a reply from their finance team. The reasoning they provided for denying my payout was nothing short of absurd. They claimed that because I traded after requesting the payout, they would no longer process it. Mind you, this was not mentioned anywhere in their guidelines.
Furthermore, they alleged that I had breached the daily loss limit during the challenge phase. This is baffling because if I truly had breached the limit, how was I allowed to pass the challenge and move to a funded account? Why did they not catch this "breach" before approving my funding? It seems more like a convenient excuse to avoid paying out.
Based on my experience, PaidPex is a complete scam. No one has ever received a payout from them. All the screenshots and payout messages they post are fake. I can provide all the proof and documentation anyone might need—just reach out to me via email at yogeshmalhotra099 (gmail)
Additionally, their platform is riddled with glitches. Simple features like stop loss and take profit don’t function properly. The price data on their platform isn’t even real-time; it lags by up to 15 minutes, and trades always seem to go in the opposite direction of the real market. In fact, last night, I was able to grow a 100k account to 13 million USD in just 4 hours—an achievement that is impossible with any legitimate platform, but absolutely plausible given the state of PaidPex’s system.
In summary, I’d strongly advise against trusting PaidPex. It’s an unreliable and deceptive operation. Save your time, money, and sanity.

They are running a scam prop firm
They are running a scam prop firm
Here is how the scam works
They offer pass before pay option
As if by magic if you choose this option you will get contacted by a different company offering to pass the account for free
They will pass the account ( not really they work with paidpex )
You then pay the fee for the account let's say $249 for the 50k acc
You go on to make profit and request the withdraw.... guess what you won't be paid
I will be uploading a detailed video on how this scam works and also including the people offering to pass the acc for free very soon
I have already reported them to trading standards, fraud action and FCA in the UK as well as contacted companies House requesting they remove the company as its a fraud
Please avoid this company
Please avoid this company. I will give a detail review about them. They are scammers and trust me they don't pay. Once you ask about your payout request on discord they block and delete you immediately. Even my friend I introduced got approved 890 dollars after nothing and is account was suspended because ge ask for his money. They don't pay. Look at the massive discount they doing who gives 2 million fir 990 dollars and change payouts cap from 2500 to unlimited because no more customers know they scam so trying to lure more people. I bought 20 account glad I got my money from PayPal 3500 dollars. If you lost make sure you contact PayPal and give evidence of your PayPal receipt and get your mo ey back. They are big scam. Avoid them I can upload evidence it why I show you proof. Trustpilot.com should give us options to share prove especially to scam companies like this they don't even deserve a one star -5 star. PAIDPEX.COM YOU ARE A BIG FRAUD.

I had a 500k account and I passed the evaluation. After passing the evaluation I took my account to 548k and requested a payout which was not processed by them. Then I had a loss of around 15k in one trade and they suspended my account but my daily loss limit was 20k. Then I contacted the support team by whatsapp and email. I got no reply to my email. By whatsapp they just saying that they have passed the case to technical team but I amnot getting any response from them now. So please don't go with this firm and don't waste your hard earned money like I did. Lesson learnt. If my issue got resolved I will definitely update this review but I don't have any hope now.

Company is garbage
After spending about 2 months with this company, they randomly started changing rules without notice including adding a 3 minute minimum trade rule, I only found it because I was reading through their t&c and noticed it. After bringing this up in discord myself and a bunch of other voiced our displeasure, and they then changed it to a 90 second minimum trade rule and added a .1% fee that I still haven't seen mentioned on their website, nor did they mention it in the discord, we just got to learn about it.
Several folks who were asking where their payments were got the run around and eventually booted from the discord. When new folks came into the discord I made them aware if what they were walking into which led to me getting booted from discord.
I don't know if they are paying people or not, but based on what I saw in their discord and the way they go about changing rules with no announcements, I am no longer doing business with them.
Invested $9000 USD but all in VEIN
A friend recommended Paidpex to me, and I decided to give them a try. I’ve been working with FTMO, FundedNext, and FixFY for nearly three years, referring over 100 clients to these platforms because of their reliable software, efficient dashboards, and exceptional customer service.
On November 30th, I purchased two live funded accounts worth $5499 USD of 2 x $200K from PaidPex. However, they mistakenly sent me Step 1 challenge account credentials instead. Despite contacting them multiple times, it took three days to resolve the issue and provide the correct live funded account credentials.
On Friday, December 6th, I took advantage of their 24-hour special offer, “Buy 1, Get 1 Free.” I purchased a $200K live account for $2,499 USDT for my daughter, which should have included a free live account of the same size. After repeatedly following up, they finally activated both the accounts on December 11th. However, instead of providing the bonus live account, they gave me a $200K challenge account as a replacement, leaving me no option but to accept it.
Last night, during the NY session, I successfully passed the challenge and reached a profit of $216,100. Shortly after, I received an email asking for a $100 USD activation fee. I closed my computer, but when I checked the next morning, my account had been breached, and I received a failure email.
When I contacted their WhatsApp support, they told me they will look into it and fix it. But in the evening they said they couldn’t help because my daughter had to reach out herself. This is extremely frustrating, as I have been the point of contact from the start, purchased the accounts, and referred my daughter. My daughter never wanted this deal because she has been happy with FTMO for quiet a while. The way this situation has been handled, she keeps blaming me of wasting her money.
For the past two weeks, I’ve been unable to focus due to the poor customer service and mismanagement of their system. I’ve invested nearly $9,000 USD across three live accounts, yet they refuse to address my concerns. I have screenshots of our conversations but cannot share them here for privacy reasons. Overall, I feel deeply disappointed and embarrassed by this entire experience. I will not refer anyone at all and I will not invest my money with them at all.
Regarding the dashboard buffering and delayed response is another problem which I forgot to share.
