Don’t Bother

They blocked my account because once i had used a vpn to watch a series in another country Although they paid you in dollars because due to the vpn it looked like i was in the US instead of the UK they blocked my account. They offered to reinstate it if i would promise not to do it again

This people have unbelievably…

This people have unbelievably unfriendly policies! They are not friendly or understanding at all and not giving you second changes! They also do not let you change Paypal email address without either burning or freezing your money! Avoid!

So far this site seems really good you…

So far this site seems really good you don't get many surveys but I guess you build into more, I'm pretty new here. Just answer honestly to the best of your abilities and don't rush. Hopefully this site only gets better.

I'm surprised to see so many bad…

I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews, this is one of my favorite survey platforms. Never had a problem and the front end is error free and user friendly. If you are in to surveys I would recommend giving it a try. It's a bit of a slow burner, but as you build your profile you get more and better paid surveys. Not had any problems.

Handling of personal data

Be careful while using this app they retain your data when they ban or deactivate your account because you are on vacation. Once you click the app while on vacation they ban your account and keep using your data.
I highly don’t recommend this app for survey participants, they are very unprofessional, send you lengthy rude emails and ban your account when it’s 98% to cash out & keep the Pennie’s you have earned!

As we explained to you, our platform is not set up for people who travel. This is because our clients commission the research surveys you receive, and are very specific about the demographics they wish to target, sometimes down to the zip code. In order to ensure our clients are reaching the people they would like to, we have various security measures in place to ensure that people are where and who they say they are.

For members that share their time between multiple countries or states, we suggest they register their account in the location where they either spend the most time, or where they have documents of registration. If you are travelling elsewhere, we would ask that you not log into your account while doing so to avoid further issues with your account.

Please also note this is the first question listed on our FAQ page, and is mentioned in our Reward Rules. Accounts with fraudulent activity that cannot validate their account are banned to prevent re-registration.

Just be warned

Just be warned, you will spend a lot of time doing surveys and then when the time comes to cash out, you won't be able to. They require you to wait for a text or call for a code and then they never send it. If you want to change your phone number to a land line or even another mobile phone number because something's not working, they then freeze your account for a ridiculous amount of time....180 days, or you can just forfeit your cash altogether. By the time you get paid, if ever, you won't care any more. And of course, there's no one available to contact when you need help. You can write a ticket and then maybe 2 or 3 "business days" someone will answer. I spent a lot of time doing those surveys and now cannot cash out. Do not waste your time, there are far better sites. This one is a ripoff. UPDATE in reply to your reply: You need to change your policy about freezing the cashout. It is unethical and cruel, regardless of what you have or don't have in your terms. I am making a complaint to Michigan's Attorney General. There are many other survey sites, and I have never seen ONE of them give anyone such a hassle just to cashout. Security matters are handled when the person creates their account. You know very well that hardly anyone reads all of the pages of small print outlining terms and conditions like the ones you have, and you also know, or should know, that yours are very unusual. If you look through the reviews here, you can plainly see that I am not the first person to complain about your "policy", so I'm sure they've had a similar experience to mine, which means you have saved a lot of money that you owed people and never paid. If you really wanted to be transparent, you'd warn people in large print. Terms and conditions or not, YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR POLICY because it is ridiculous and there's no reason why people should have to jump through this many hoops in order to cash out after they've done the work. Either there was something wrong with my phone or with the network, and you made no effort whatsoever to accommodate me or to pay what you owed. As for my "threat" of a bad review, it wasn't a threat. It was a promise. And so here it is. This is a lousy way to treat people, regardless of your screenshots, and you know it. For a company that brought in nine million in revenue for 2025, you'd think it would be easy to pay a 71 year old retiree her $15.59. You ought to be ashamed of yourself. UPDATE: Finally, I did get through to them, after I got a new phone and tried again. But this was after I actually purchased a new smart phone...I requested a call, and got a phone call with the code. So now I am waiting for payment and I'll give them credit for that if I receive it. However, their support is awful and I did go to the Michigan AG because it should NOT be this hard just to cash out. Things could have been handled a lot better the first time I tried, and to freeze the account for 180 days is ridiculous.

As we’ve explained in multiple tickets, our senior support team is unavailable on evenings and weekends, and a 24-48 hour response time is reasonable. We also provided a screenshot showing the multiple texts and messages sent to validate your phone. Our Freeze/Burn policy is clearly outlined in our Terms of Service, Reward Rules, and FAQs. While sometimes we offer exceptions to this policy, we cannot do so when accompanied by the threat of a negative review.

This is so unprofessional

This is so unprofessional, not only did they take and close an account I get it closing account not the one with $15 and they keep your money by the way if you want to change your phone number I'm just had a lot of unprofessional experiences with this company

Banned me at 97% to withdrawal threshold

They give you cents for surveys which may take you years to get to the withdrawal threshold . Then they will reduce the frequency of the survey when you are 97% to reach withdrawal and finally ban you for nothing . They have rude customer support too .
Update : They have still not unbanned me yet . I do not recommend . Please paid viewpoint, stop stealing data from people and banning them when they are close to cashing out
Update: This was not the case as I was not given adequate time to submit file for verification. If your team is transparent, follow due process . The negative reviews here speaks volumes too as I am not the only one complaining. My advice to new users is to be careful when dealing with this company.Meanwhile , I think you should update your bot as I never logged in in some of the countries you mentioned above.

We enforce our Terms of Service to ensure a fair platform for all users, regardless of their earnings. Accounts are only banned for violating these terms. Survey availability can fluctuate, and we do not limit access based on withdrawal progress. Your account was banned due to irregular login activity, as it was registered in Saudi Arabia, but we observed logins from Nigeria, the UK, and Germany. Our platform isn’t designed for users who travel frequently, as stated in our FAQ. We offered you the chance to provide documentation to verify your registered location, but it was not submitted, leading to the account ban.

More than legit

Paid View Point is one of the best sites on the internet!!

Paid View Point is one of the best survey sites I have found on the internet. Their support team is usually very prompt at getting back to any problem that arises and I can't say enough about how much I enjoy the site. With that being said, I would be thrilled if there were more surveys that paid over a dollar or at least close to it, and if not at least more surveys that were readily available. I have shared the site with several people who have joined, but I think people get confused as to how it works. By the way, the site is down right now reading #404 Keep up the great job with this fabulous site. I know it will only get better.

Not worth my time

I started with them last October. At first, I thought it was great. Many surveys paid pennies, but a few paid well. I answered the questions the same way for months, no feedback whatsoever. Then last week, get a email with a warning about a survey, my answers were not adequate. So I asked, what survey and answers. They sent me list of about 8 in the last 4 months, that were inadequate. They could not be specific to the answers. That is fine, but maybe do a warning right away, and give a chance for improvement, or tell them they no longer are eligible to participate. Instead, no warning and you modify cash out option, and reward options. So I had to use PayPal, I have no idea how to get my remaining money, as I plan to leave. It's not worth it, for such little money and poor practices.

Most surveys are ten cents and by the time they screen you for the survey you have invested three or four minutes of your time. They pay but some days you have no surveys. Most of the surveys are about laundry products and paper products which gets quite boring after a while. How much time does anyone really put into research on there laundry detergent or paper towels?

The UI makes the site feel like a scam

The UI for the website makes doing these surveys feel like you're being scammed. You shouldn't be telling users they're going to make $0.80 in 5 minutes only to waste 3 minutes and only get $0.10. You should know that probably doesn't feel very good to users. You SHOULD be advertising them as $0.10 surveys since that's what they are guaranteed, and with a opportunity for a bonus (aka the real payout, if you qualify for the survey). Other than that, the website isn't ACTUALLY a scam and is actually a decent earner if you live in the US and have nothing else.

Changed my review back to a 3 star after getting a generic automated response from support instead of actually addressing the issue.

They just closed my account for no reason although I sent out my bank statement as a proof of my address, as I was half way through almost $8.00.
Communication is very unprofessional.

I have been a member of PaidViewPoint…

Update: My Payment Issue was resolved but I still have concerns that my account is somehow compromised. I changed my password and contacted my internet provider who is investigating why my IP showed up as another country for PVP.

I have been a member of PaidViewPoint for YEARS, I have a traitscore of 10,000 and have cashed out over $700 in the time I've used PaidViewPoint.
Recently my account was flagged for "VPN usage" when I know for a fact I don't use a VPN. PaidViewPoint provided me with a screenshot claiming I logged in from the Netherlands. When I asked for assistance, they told me "we’re unable to identify the specific cause of these logins for you. We can only confirm that they have occurred."
I believe my account was either compromised or this a glitch and PaidViewPoint claims they can't assist me any further.
I don't know if this is a data breach or a glitch. I also haven't received my most recent payout which flagged my account as "negatively affected because it appears you have been using a proxy server or VPN to access our site". I feel like my account was somehow compromised and I have concerns about the safety of the site now as they claim its happened once and not again.
I believe my account has been compromised somehow and I have concerns about using the site going forward until this is investigated and resolved.

Professionally Manged Survey Site

I am very pleased that I am associated with PaidViewpoint for several years now. I appreciate the fact that they are so professionally managed. Their customer services are par excellence.
I had an issue with the PV site. I was promptly attended to upon writing to them and the issue resolved immediately.
I would certainly reccommend this site to everyone.

I am downgrading my rating a bit

I am downgrading my rating a bit. For some months now it's barely worth the trouble. I still do it, but I'm almost not sure why. I mean, I guess it's better than nothing. It is legit. But the pay is so very, very low -- although I must say the pay is higher than some of the other survey sites. But in recent months I get a lot of notices of available surveys, I respond quickly, but then get a notice that the survey is no longer available. Or I see a survey that says it pays a higher amount, but then it results in a pay of ten cents. When I had no other online income source, this was at least a little something, but now that I have found online income that pays much more, It's almost not worth the trouble. *Almost* -- I'm still doing it, but I don't bother interrupting something else I might be doing.
